This is an idea I had and probably will never write but anyone wants to use it I would be more than happy
The ninja loose Lloyd (not dead) while the Great Devourer is attacking, with the Green Ninja lost they need someone else to fight Garmadon. So next time Garmadon comes to Ninjago the Golden Weapons (Now the ultimate weapon) is drawn to a girl who admires Garmadon and orphaned. The ninja notice this and find the girl who says her name is Harumi.
Harumi takes the place of Lloyd with the tomorrow tea and taking down Garmadon who she sees as a father.
In season 3 Pythor being so confused when he finds this girl with Garmadon and willing to do anything for Garmadon, who along with Misako has basically adopted her. Pythor just deciding alright what's the difference they both care for the old man and both have golden power.
Lloyd getting mad when he can't use his powers and just watching Harumi become what he was supposed to be, Lloyd being forbidden from seeing the Ninja.
Come to season 8 and the ninja meet Royal family and are horrified when they find Lloyd is the prince. Lloyd hides the fact that he's mad at the Ninja for abandoning and replacing him.
