Tuesday December 8, 2012/6:05 PM/The Saturn Mercury Hospital
Riley yawned. The sun had already set. A doctor was in her room. Riley noticed black smoke...and found that she was floating above her cot! She flew all around the room. She laughed quietly to herself.
She lay back down in her cot. Riley laughed and then went silent. She woke up her doctor and said that she heard a snarling noise. They looked at the dark hallway. They heard screaming along with it. Then all went silent. A black, star speckled creature jumped from the shadows and tore her doctor to pieces.
Riley screamed. The creature turned to her. It screeched and hurt her ears. It jumped at her and she put her arms out. She opened one eye and noticed it was floating in midair. It was thrown out of the window when she looked at it.
Something came from the shadows. "Please...don't hurt me," Riley said out of breath and quickly. "Do not worry, human...for you are safe now," the strange thing said.
"Who or what are you?!" Riley shouted.
" I am Dark Moon. Protector of the galaxies."
"What was that thing???"
"A star blob creature. They seek the chosen ones, who must protect the galaxy. Remember the chemical spill?"
"Yes...."
"That was for you. I have chosen you to help me protect the galaxy."
"As if I'm helping some stranger," Riley said. Dark Moon then made her go to sleep.
