Everyone has begun their training for the Sports Festival. Izumi is training by combing her strength multiplier quirk and One For All to enhance each attack by 4 she is training in the woods with serval trees knocked down from her kicks and punches.
'i need to get stronger I'm falling behind Izuku all I could do was watch him fight that thing meant to kill dad." Izumi charges up Full Cowell to 35% because if she goes any higher she begins to feel pain.
She bolts forward and bounces around the trees until she comes across and massive boulder which she does an ax kick causing it to shatter. She took off the 20-pound weights she had on each limb once they hit the ground she started to stretch.
'now its time to get serious' she thought as she charges 25% of One For All and multiplies by 6 and rushes towards another boulder and does massive rapid punches "Michigan Smash!" (basically like Luffy's gomu gomu no gattling) She smashes the boulder to pieces and causes strong winds from her punches to send each piece flying.
With Izuku
Izuku was busy cleaning the beach where he found the book about haki at. The place was covered with trash and in only two days Izuku was able to clear 3/4 of all the trash. He just finished a load and was practicing on his swords skills when he sees a strange boat out at sea approach.

as the boat reached the shore the man got off the boat.
"you young man what is your name?"??? said.
"Izuku."
'So this is the boy red-haired keeps talking about.'
"I have been looking for you."
"why were looking for me?" Izuku asked.
"I want to test your abilities." he removes the giant sword of his back and readies it.
"Alright, I'm not one to back down from a challenge." Izuku puts on his bandana and takes out one of his swords. Once they are both set Izuku charges forward but once his blade comes in contact with the man's giant blade it shatters and cuts izuku's back.
'This man knows haki he isn't to be taken lightly then' Izuku discard of the broken blade and turns around to expose his front.
"what are you doing?" the man asks.
" scars on the back of a swordsman are shameful," he says as the man smirks at him.
"admirable." is all he says before slashing him across the chest as blood splatters on the sands of the beach from izuku's chest, but Izuku does not fall but only takes out his other blade and the Wado Ichmonji and infuses haki into them.
'so the boy does know about haki.' the man thinks as he readies his own blade as both he and Izuku charge at each other.
"Nitoryu: Nigiri!" Izuku takes his two blades and slashes them horizontally but the man just jumped over the slash causing the attack to cut through the mountains of trash. The man leaps towards izuku and slashes his blade downward which was promptly blocked my izuku who had to keep switching from offense and defense.
