***Harley's P.O.V

I wake up and groan. I look up and see the Governor. I blink when I see he has a bandage on over his eye. "Glad to see you're okay." He says. "Wanna tell me what happened?" I breathe in and get ready to bullshit my way through this.

"We were takin' the prisoners to kill them. Suddenly everything was in chaos. There was a bang and a flash of light. It disoriented us. Then it started smoking. We couldn't see. Someone grabbed me and started pullin' me. I thought it was one of our guys. It wasn't. They used me as a shield when bullets started flyin'. I started strugglin'. They took my gun, so I tried to run. One of the son of a bitches shot me. After that they dragged me into one of the buildings. I could barely understand what was goin' on. I couldn't focus and was out of it. I went for my gun. Next thing I know, everythin' goes black." I say.

"Well, I'm glad you're okay. Doc says you're good to go when you wake up. Come on. There's a meeting in a few minutes. I want you there." I nod and get up.

"Okay let's go." We get to where we host meetings for the whole town. There's a huge fir going and people are trickling in. I go to stand next to Martinez.

   "Hey, chica." We fist bump.

   "Hey, man."

   "How's the shoulder?"

"Fine." I turn back to pay attention to the Governor. I see Carter and the others sit down and I wave slightly. He mouths something at me and I think he's asking me if I'm okay and I nod.

"What can I say?" The Governor starts and everyone stops talking. "Hasn't been a night like this since the walls were completed. I thought we were past it." He looks around at everybody. "Past the days when we all sat, huddled scared in front of the TV. During the early days of the outbreak. The fear we all felt then, we felt it again tonight. I failed ya. I promised to keep you safe." He walks around as he gives his speech. "Hell, look at me. I should tell ya that we'll be okay. That we're safe. That tomorrow we'll bury our dead and endure, but I won't. Cause I can't. Cause I'm afraid. That's right. I'm afraid of terrorist who want what we have! Want to destroy us! Worse cause two of those terrorist are two of our own." People make sounds of shock and start muttering. He turns to look at the group of people I'm with.

"Merle!" He shouts and people flip out. "A man I counted on! I man I trusted. He lead them here! He let them in." Some of the guys take Merle's weapons from him. He looks completely shocked. "It was you!" The Governor points at Merle. I start wondering who the other person was. Who could betrayed the town? "You lied! Betrayed us all!" I look over and see two guys leading another guy with a bag on his head over here. Oh shit. Merle's pushed to the center of the circle, towards the Governor. "This is one of the terrorist!" He grabs the man by the arm and rips the bag off. "Merle's own brother!" That practically causes an uproar. "Now, I told you there were two of our people who worked with these terrorists!" He shouts. Then he points to . . . me. "Harley! Daryl's daughter and Merle's niece!" My eyes go wide and I suck in a breath. "She gave them safe passage out! Gave the a knife to one of them that had been here in good faith and it was used to kill one of our own." My gin is taken away and I'm pushed forward. The Governor grab me and trusts me forward so they can get a better look at me. "We all gave her our trust and she threw it back in our faces in the worst possible way!" I lock eyes with Carter and rapidly shake my head, pleading with him to understand I didn't do it. He says something to the others and they all leave. I hold back my tears.I look over and both Merle and Daryl are looking at me in utter shock. I look away. I hadn't wanted them to know. "What should we do with them, folks?"

"Kill them!" People scream over and over. The Governor chuckles and lets go of me, walks over and says something to Merle. Andrea runs over and they hold her back. She pleads with the Governor. I knew they'd been getting close, but I hadn't known how close until I saw the complete betrayal and shock in her eyes.
