The pic isn't mine, I took a snapshot as I was watching it. If you're wondering which anime it is, it's called "Nisekoi" or "False Love"

I managed to finish my homework with an hour to spare, which is plenty of time for me to straighten my hair and do my makeup, BB cream and little blush, also a small eyeliner wing with a bronze eyeshadow. I hate lipstick, so I go for the red lip balm. I look at the clock and see its 7:30. (Did I mention that I also was jamming out to my im5 playlist? I think not). I panicked when I realized I didn't pick my outfit yet. I see a red plaid shirt and the matching headband with jeans, I guess that'll work. The plaza is literally 5 minutes from my house, and I decided to walk-wait no. Instead of wearing flats, I get my Healies that I haven't wore for a year, and it still fits."Mom, is it okay if I could go to the plaza to watch a movie with a friend? I finished my homework already."
"Sure, have fun and remember to be safe. It's going to get dark soon."
"Thanks mom, I will," I told her as I close the front door and roll to the plaza.
When I arrive at the Movie Theater, I see Cole, who looks hot in a leather black jacket and that beautiful quiff, which made me nervous."Hey!"
"Wow! You actually showed up."
"...What's that suppose to mean?" I questioned him.
Quickly, he stated, "I just meant that I thought you wouldn't come. But I'm so happy you are here. Anyways, which movie do you want to watch?"
"Let's see..." The choices are The Fault in Our Stars, How To Train Your Dragon 2, and the rest were chick flicks that I'm not really interested in. "I'll just go with the one you choose."
He makes a thinking face, duck lips pushed to the side, then says, "How about the dragon movie? I actually want to see it, and I bet you already saw the fault in our stars."
He's not wrong. TFIOS made me cry at the end when-wait. I'm not spoiling the movie.
Anyways, I tell him, "I'm down with that. But you have to let me pay for the food."
"Alright, it seems fair enough."
HTTYD2 wasn't that bad of a movie. I couldn't really pay attention to the movie after Cole did the cliché yawning move on me, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable considering that he's a year older than me (I'm used to hanging around guys my age, so this "date" is a bit out of my comfort zone). Anyway, when his hand touched my arm, I got scared because I was so into the movie, I though a legit dragon touched me and I might've flung the popcorn everywhere around me, including in Cole's used-to-be-perfect-quiff. We obviously were embarrassed of what we just did and sat still and quietly for the rest of the movie.
Afterwards, he offered to drive me home.
"No thanks," I assured him, "I can walk from here."
"Alissa, I don't want to hear something horrible that happened to you on the news. It too dark to walk home, and it's the least I can offer after that THING that happened."
Should I let him? I mean he's nice and all, but I don't want to show him my house so soon. I just met the guy. (It's okay Alissa, just have 911 ready to dial.)
"Alright," I said as he opened the door for me all gentleman-like.
At first, I was confused that his dad drove us, then I realized that Cole couldn't get his license until after his birthday. His dad isn't like one of THOSE dads, the one who was embarrassing or scary/rude. He's really nice and started to talk to me for a bit.
"What's your address, sweetie?" Mr. Hanks asked, "I mean, I have to take you home somehow."
I told him the directions to my house and a few minutes later, we're here. When I thank them for taking me home, Cole's dad told Cole to walk me to my front door, like the date wasn't awkward enough.
As we reach my front door, both of us were silent until Cole said, "You know, I actually like spending time with you today. It was the the first time my hair got to smell like popcorn."
"Ha, I guess I enjoyed it too," was all I could say before I almost started to blush. "Oh wait, there's still popcorn in your hair."
"Well that's embarrassing, hold on"
Before he started to mess up his head even more, I said, "Let me help you"
He bend down a bit, being his hair was so tall, and I get the popcorn out of his hair. Then I realized that his hair so soft so I played with it for a bit and when he looked up, we made eye contact. We stared at each other for a bit until he leaned in, almost brushed against my lips until we heard a car honk, which scared both of us.
"I have to go, but I'll see you tomorrow," was the last thing that came out of his mouth before he ran to the car.
"Bye, Cole. And thanks for the date," and that's when I opened my front door and told my mom good night and went to sleep.
(You might me mad because I didn't update sooner, but the truth is I started this chapter on my Thanksgiving break and I never finished it. And now I did, just RIGHT after Christmas 😢😥. Consider this a New Years present. Which this might be the last chapter for 2014. Anyways, what did you guys get for Christmas and what did you do? I baked using a mini cupcake maker someone gave me, which was really fun! I hope you like the long chapter, which I kinda enjoy writing. I don't want to waste you time reading this and not the other stories I know you've been waiting for their update too, so I'll end the note here. See you in the next chapter!😃)
