Khai's POV
I can smell someones cooking it was Mama.
So I got up nagugutom na kasi ako.
And we ate breakfast together with Greg.
"I dont wanna pressure you but I think kailangan mo na sabihin sa Team as soon as possible habang andito pa kami ni Shean." Greg suggested
Well he is right I am pressured at the moment.
But kailangan na din nila malaman.
At least completo kami ngayon.
"Jayden I know this is hard but I will just give you 2 weeks to prepare" sabi ni Mama
Now I am very pressured.
I didnt speak. I kept thinking how to say it to them.
I checked my messages and I opened Chubz messages
"Hey stranger Good morning!"
"Good morning din, I have some bad news" I replied
"What is it?"
"I am leaving the country in two weeks" sabi ko
"Wait what?? Seriously you cant leave me? We still have plans diba??!" Chubz said
"I am sorry, I did not even expect this. I dont even want to go"
And Chubz did not reply.
Well ang dali lang sabihin sa text ah sana sa text ko nlng sasabihin pero mas mabuti daw sa personal.
Danica's POV
Papunta na kaming tatlo sa hospital.
Then Kaye asked me
"San kayo galing kagabi? May relasyon ba kayo ni Khai?"
Chill ang dami mong tanong ahh.
"Nope we are just friends" I answered
"Phew kala ko merong kayo, because I really like him you know?" She said
Uhm ok??? This is not a good time to tell me.
I just went silent and finally nakarating na kami. Bumaba na una si Kaye.
"Narinig mo yung sinabi nya? May gusto daw sya kay Kuya Khai?" Sabi ni Denver
"So??" I said
"What??!! You dont care?? Akala ko naman sasabunotan mo si Kaye sa sinabi nya kanina"
"She is our half sister, I cant do that to her"
"Joke lang why are you so serious??!! Ano bang nangyari sa inyo ni Khai kagabi?" Denver asked
"Just memories" Tipid kong sagot
And bumaba na ako. Family first.
Pumasok na kami sa kwarto and I saw gising na si Papa!
Kaye was hugging him. Denver And I also approached and he gave us a hug.
"Mga anak ko. I am so sorry. I am not a good dad" sabi ni Papa.
"You are the best that we could ever have" sabi ni Denver which is in tears right now.
I am just worried hindi pa gising si Kuya.
"Sorry din Kaye anak, dahil tinago kita."
"I understand po. Wag kayo mag alala I am not mad or something. All I want is makilala nyo ako and makita ko kayo bago ako umalis" sabi ni Kaye
I approached Mama na nasa gilid ni Kuya.
"Matibay yan si Kuya alam kong gigising din sya. There is time for everything." Sabi ko.
I checked my phone and received a message from our team groupchat saying:
Meeting @Dennys 6pm
Pumunta kayo guys its kinda important. -Khai
Khai's POV
There I messages everyone I know I mean close friends. Para isang Go nalang. I am running out of time.
Greg suggested sa Dennys kasi sha daw bahala.
May kumakatok sa pintuan and it was Drake.
"I saw your message, whats going on?"
"Malalaman mo mamaya" sagot ko
"Why not now I am curious" he said
"Ugh mamaya na sge bye"
And I closed the door. Gotta prepare.
6pm at Dennys
Kami palang ni Greg andito.
I can see Drake and Dhrei approaching
Kailan pa ba naging part ng Team yan si Dhrei? Hay nako bahala na
"Sensya na gusto lang daw nya sumama eh" sabi ni Drake
I just nodded and looked at Rica and Nico approaching the entrance.
"Hey Jayden loves whats wrong??" Rica asked
"Just wait you will find out later"
And tumabi si Rica kay Greg
"Parang serious stuff to ah dito talaga sa Dennys?" Sabi ni Nico
And andito na din sina James,Renz,Shean and Karl
Nagusap usap muna kami and dumating na din sila Kuya Zayn,Cloud,Wendell and Trevor.
I think ang mga Javiers nalang ang hinihintay.
We started ordering kasi it was 7pm already.
Tinext ko si Denver and he said malalate sila.
It was around 7:43 dumating na sila Kaye,Danica and Denver.
Tumabi agad si Danica kay Dhrei obviously.
And yeah that is everybody I think.
Kumain muna kami saglit and I started talking.
"Guys! Thank you sa time nyo ngayon. You are wondering what is going on. Bakit ko kayo pinatawag in short notice. Well for me it is important for you guys to know what is going on."
Natahimik sila and all of them are staring at me. Guys you are pressuring me big time.
"Uhmm so ganito kasi yun. My mom just arrived from abroad. And she asked me I mean she said that I am moving to Canada with her."
There I said it already!! Omg that was hard as a rock.
All of them were speechless and kept staring at me. Waiting for more information.
"Yeah thats it guys I am moving to Canada in two weeks." I said
"What??!!! Is this a prank" Drake asked
"Seryoso ba to?" Kuya Zayn said
"Hala?? Sana nag jojoke ka lang noh?" Sabi ni Trevor
"If its a joke it is not funny" Denver said
"No its not guys. Totoo to. I was there when Tita said he is going with her to Canada" sabi ni Greg
"Kailan alis mo Khai? Baka magkasabay pa tayo" Sabi ni Kaye
Everyone is thinking that I am just pranking them. I know I am a lowkey prankster but this time I am serious.
"This is not a joke guys" i said
And walked away.
I dont why I walked away.
I went home and locked my self in my room.
I just want to be alone right now.
I felt my phone vibrating. And there were tons of messages
"Bunso! San ka?? You dont know how sad I was knowing that you are leaving us" Kuya Zayn
"Kuuyaa Khai naman ohhh! I wish nagbibiro ka lang pero I cant believe its for real" Denver
"Kala ko naman sabay tayo matatapos hindi macocompleto ang ICTrio eh kapag mawawala ka" Wendell
"Hey stranger sorry late reply. I still cant believe na aalis ka na. Its really sad to think." Chubz
I replied to Chubz.
"I made a lot of people sad today. I dont want that. I dont even want this to happen"
"Everything happens for a reason you know. Just keep fighting. I know there will be exciting things will happen in the future." Sabi ni Chubz
"Thank you for listening I really appreciate it." I replied
"Im always here for you stranger. Always."
Feeling ko parang matagal ko ng kilala si Chubz. I am not supposed to feel this towards a stranger but yeah these feelings are hard to argue.
