Frankie slapped herself on the forehead for the third time. Her towel threatened to fall again as she looked through the armoire that held her clothes, letting out a frustrated wine as she felt her nerves get the best of her. She wasn't planning on doing anything like this, and her clothes all felt eternally frumpy.

What even was she doing? Why had she agreed to meet that guy for a drink?

Oh yeah, those simmering eyes and that gorgeous mouth. Despite her best efforts, they made her brain cross wires with her loins. She'd been thinking with the wrong organ.

Now she was stuck, since Francesca Carter never backed out from a promise. She couldn't stand him up, she knew herself too well, but she could meet him and drink quickly so she could get on with her simple and stress-free vacation.

That's what she was going to do, she decided with a determined nod of her chin. So, then, it didn't matter what she wore or if it impressed the handsome man she would be sharing a few minutes with, tops. Taking out a dark green sundress, she grabbed a simple nude bra and matching cotton panties and tossed them over on the bed. Taking her towel from her body, she wrapped it around her wet hair and balanced it on her head as she went into the bathroom.

She moisturized her face, opting for light BB cream instead of foundation so her freckles could shine through, and added the most minimal sweep of eyeshadow and mascara. Her lips got a little balm, and she let her hair out of the towel to dry naturally as she dressed, the red-brown waves falling just below her shoulders.

After applying lotion to her body and getting dressed, she looked at herself in the mirror. It wasn't fancy, but neither was she, and her tattoos showing might just throw him off her scent a little. She wasn't as intimidating as she was in the kitchen or the boardroom, but Frankie had an edge to her that wasn't as soft and feminine as most guys liked. Deciding she looked at least nice enough to hang out at the nice restaurant in the hotel lobby, she slipped on her favorite espadrille wedges and tied the ribbons over her ankles. Grabbing her purse, she shoved her phone and keycard in with her cigarette case and silver lighter before walking confidently out the door and to the elevator.

Pressing the call button, she waited patiently for the doors to open. Walking inside, they were about to close when a large hand shoved through and made them slide open again. A tall, very handsome man with raven-black hair entered and stood next to her, giving her plenty of personal space and a polite smile. He was dressed in a crisp Hawaiian shirt, loose and light over his broad shoulders, and tan chinos. Perfect for a warm evening at a vacation resort. When the elevator reached the lobby, he gave her a short bow and held the doors so she could exit before him.

"Thank you," she nodded in his direction.

"Of course," he smiled, nodding back.

Frankie walked casually toward the restaurant, letting the hostess know that she was going to be in the lounge and didn't need to be seated. She walked into the dimly, lit area, looking for Taehyung so she could get everything over with. Finally finding him, she smiled as he waved her over to the tall table he was sitting at near the back, standing as she approached him.

He looked...divine. Frankie let her eyes travel from his leather sandals over his beige slacks, not too tight but not so baggy as to hide the shape of his legs, and up to his linen button down shirt. He had the buttons undone below his collar bones, and his tanned skin was glowing under the amber lighting. She let a small sigh escape as she looked at his chiseled jawline, complimenting his boxy smile and lush lips. His dark eyes sparkled as she walked to stand in front of him, his equally dark hair in fluffy waves almost long enough to hide them.

"You're going to crumble the gentleman in me if you keep looking at me like that," he grinned, bringing her back to reality.

"You clean up nice," she complimented smoothly, letting him drag a tall chair out and help her up by her hand to sit on it. She crossed her ankles, feet resting on the rail under the table, "Thank you for inviting me," she said politely as he sat across from her, "Although I might not be able to stay long."
