Dinner was painfully quiet for me, even though there was some small talk all over the table. Genji still hasn't looked at me after that incident. I had eaten small portions of everything even though I wanted to eat much more, the nervous nauseous feelings filled my stomach. I wondered if I somehow survive even a night in the castle, would I have to go through this hatred till I am gone? I looked at the intricate details on the spoons trying to calm my nerves as well as trying to keep my mind off of the what ifs. God, so many years have I been so quiet, in my dreams of this day I pictured it as an awakening to my social skills that it would have been so easy for me to talk to other people. I mean I had so many questions that I can think of to ask, I mean I have seen things in books but never knew how they felt to the touch. My mind wandered into an abyss of an unending sea of questions as I unintentionally, blankly stared at the food in front of me. After a while, I heard a voice clear as everyone's' attention was immediately caught. My eyes traveled up to look at the source of the noise to see King Vanik standing up as he began to announce
"Genji and Aizen, I would like to see you in my library in ten minutes. Come Cielia."
Both Vanik and Cielia got up and left as Genji stood up and started walking away towards the door. I watched him for a second as my heart skipped a beat and my head fell down. What was I supposed to do while they talked? I didn't remember my way to Genji's room nor did I know if I would be there for long anyways. Was I supposed to attend this meeting as well, I mean he didn't say my name but was I supposed to follow Genji? What if King Vanik tells Genji to get rid of me because I would only cause problems in the family. I sighed heavily trying to think positive but nothing was coming up, only the what ifs. I started to hear snickering coming from almost above me as I forced myself to look up to see Aizen giving me a triumphed smile as if he had already won, and knew what I was thinking. My heart raced in fear and a bit of hate. Aizen then says
"Awe, don't worry little bitch. I will play with you once you become a Sabanto tonight."
My eyes widen in disgust and horror. Soon I realized that Aizen was about to touch my cheek I could not let that happen at all. I quickly pulled away from his reach and glared at him as he quickly glared back not liking that I wouldn't allow him to touch me. I then say confident and hatefully even though my body didn't feel that way
"As of right now, I am still Genji's Potential bride. Which gives you no right to touch me without Genji's consent."
This made Aizen extremely furious as he growled lowly as I saw him clench his hands in a tight ball, I had crossed a huge line with him, all too soon he stormed away from me, thankfully. I took a shaky breath, I knew fully well he would have smacked me if we were alone. I looked back down to my lap as I saw my hand trembling with fear. I couldn't believe how frightened he makes me feel I then looked to my side to see a very shocked family and potentials that haven't left yet. I looked away quickly and stared in front of me, I couldn't show that this was effecting me so bad as I rubbed my palms on my dress nervously. I slowly started to get up, even though I didn't know where I was going to go. I mean what was off limits in the castle for potentials? I finally looked towards the doorway as I saw Genji waiting there patiently. I frowned at him as he looked away from me and started to walk out of the dining room. Was I supposed to follow him? I started to follow anyways as I finally caught up to him yet there were no words spoken. I was getting painfully tired of this damn silent treatment I was getting from Genji, I didn't really do anything, Aizen was just butt hurt that I actually rejected him. I walked besides Genji quietly I felt like I was walking on eggshells with him, this was ridiculous. Why was he taking this outburst on me? I didn't really make Aizen say what he said at dinner nor did I talk back to him in a rude manner. I sighed heavily which happened to grab Genji's attention. Genji then FINALLY asks
