Discrimination Sexual harrassment Violence Those are just some of the major issues a women face in her daily life
The year is 2020 Many women have been afraid to speak up For fear that they would be mocked and laughed at by people For fear that no one would trust their word
The year is 2020 Where showing some skin is considered a sin Where showing your body is considered 'asking to be taken advantage of' Where speaking out is considered a plea for clout
As a women we are expected to be conservative As a women we are expected to be understanding As a women we are expected to be weak As a women we are expected to be nothing but a trophy wife
People expect women to stay home and do chores while waiting for their spouse People expect women to be helpless People expect women to be full of makeups and dressing up People expect women cannot be as equal as men
But We WOMEN are more than just a pretty face We WOMEN are more than just a pretty voice We WOMEN are more than just a pretty skin we WOMEN are more than that
We have been battling for our rights for so long Fighting for a chance to be heard in this society without getting mocked by people Fighting for our freedom to be able to choose what we desire without being judged for it Fighting to end the discrimination we go thru every single day
As we celebrate women's month May our voice be the bearer for all the people to stand up and fight for their right The right to be treated equally and fair
The right to do whatever we want The right to be whoever we want The right to be with someone we want The right to be a WOMEN
The year is 2020 And may March be in OUR favor

Hi! It has been awhile since i last posted. I wrote this one as in just now, while i was taking a shower i suddenly came up with an idea about women's month and It got me thinking why not make a poem about it. So here it is!!! I just want to say we live in a society where women are restrained by so many issues. I really wish that one day not just us WOMEN but everyone including the LGBTQ+ Community would be heard by our society. I would never lose hope that we would have the equality we all desire to have.
In another topic!!! Once again im so thankful for all the people who have read my collection of poems (or rants) i am still very surprised to see this on the homepage of wattpad.

So im really am thankful for all those people who took a chance on this book of mine. I would never ever get tired of saying thank you!!!!
And also i have been focusing on my short stories. I currently have 2 short stories, Encounter which is now complete and Hello Delilah which is still currently ongoing.
I really suck at giving descriptions and i know my books have lots of typos and grammatical errors. All of them are unedited. So sorry in advance. Hoping you guys could also give it a try and hopefully u would like it.
