I had came home from stonewall for a summer break, and was getting ready for a pool party that was being thrown by none other then cheryl blossom and toni topaz themselves. Although i was super tired from school i was still yet so excited about seeing betty. I have missed her so bad the feel of her warm arms around me was the only thing holding me together to this point. As the time came for the pool party i drove to where it was gonna be, pulling up getting out of my truck. I walk up and see some of my other friends. "Hey veronica, fangs, toni" then i look to my left as im confused and say, "pea and josie when did that happen?" Betty walks up and says, "ohh that's been going all summer, although i don't think it's serious probably just for fun." I nod as betty tells me about it as i felt something i wasn't sure of in the pit of my stomach, it was almost like a sick feeling it scared me almost so i quickly say, "hey betty you wanna go sit and catch up." Betty then replies, "yes please we do need to talk jug." After hearing her say this the feeling i felt before seem to come back, as we sat down betty continued to say. "I need to tell you something." In my mind i instantly think its bad. "I have been hanging out with archie when your at stonewall." I instantly got defencive and said "of course you have." Betty then gets upset and says, "what does that mean." I then snap back, "i knew this would come up sometime. I bet you even got close to." Betty then sighs and says, "well we did kiss a couple times." I then get super upset and say, "OK ENOUGH I CAN'T HEAR THIS ANYMORE." Betty then screams back, "YEAH WELL YOUR NOT ALWAYS AROUND ANYMORE AND HE IS." I then get even madder and say, "OH WHAT SO YOU WANT ARCHIE NOW HMM." She then says "WELL YEAH, MAYBE I CAN'T DO THIS ANYMORE JUG." That feeling came back again but worse i said, "oh well i guess that's it then." Betty then adds "yeah i guess it is jug." As she runs her hand over her tightly held pony tail i just sighed and walked away sitting in a chair in the corner off to myself.
