Chapter 9: secrets

Yui was in the garden as always and she was wondering in to her own world.  "What are you doing" ayato asked appearing behind her. "What does it look like?" She asked with an irritated look.

"What relationship you have with our father" ayato asked clearing his throat. "I don't thing i should tell you" yui answered staring at the rose bush. Ayato pushed yui and she fell on the ground she was about to say something but she felt ayatos' deadly aura, his eyes were glowing red and he seemed angry but sad at the same time.

"Who do you think you are" ayato said angrily. "You think you can treat us like trash" ayato added. "If i ask you something you tell me" ayato commanded. Yui got up and got close to ayatos' face. "You treat me even worse than trash, atleast trash is thrown into the bin and me you treat me like i don't even deserve the bin" yui said and got away from ayato. "What are you trying to say?" Ayato asked confused.
"I am not a dictionary, Figure it out" yui said and left.

"Father's here" kanato said slamming the living room door. "W-wait what" subaru said surprised. Reiji walked to the main door and opened it greeting him. "Welcome father" reiji said bowing. "Hello son, how have you been" karlheinz asked smiling. "Why did you come here" shu asked bluntly. "We'll discuss that at dinner time" karlheinz answered. "Please have a seat eveyone" he added telling all the brothers to calm down a little.

"Where's yui?" karlheinz asked. Everyone was surprised for a bit. "Are we the only ones who have no idea what's going on" all the brothers said in unison. "Hello father" yui said from behind. "Father!!!" All the brothers thought in unison. "Well hello yui dear" karlheinz answered smiling softly. Yui ran to karlheinz,  hugging him. "I missed you so much" she mumbled.

"Yui i would like to talk to you in private" karlheinz said with a serious face. "Of course" yui answered walking to her room with him.
"Wow, another twist in the story" laito said breaking up the silence. "What do you think they're talking about" kanato asked playing with his bears paw.

(Inside yuis' room)
"I can tell by your aura that you've changed" Karlheinz said. "I guess you already know" he added. "Kinda" yuri replied. "Well you're right and i've got a good news" he said with a excited face. "Ayato is the successor of his house and his duty is to marry the next vampire queen" he explained everything to yui about the vampire king and queen.

 "And.. so i would like you to marry ayato" karheinz said smiling softly. Yui couldn't think straight after that statement, she didn't or more like couldn't accept that.

"Why me..he could marry someone else" yui said trying to refuse. "But you're the next vampire queen" karlheinz replied. "You have his mothers heart" he added. "Yeah and that's why i shouldn't be the one, he hates his mother more than anything" yui said with tears in her eyes.

"It's okay, i'll give you a week to think about it" he said leaving. Yes people yui knew that she was developing vampire powers and that everyone else was lying to her, and she also guessed that she might be the next vampire queen. "Ayato, why would you lie to me, why do you hate me" yui thought.

[ Dinner time ]
Karlheinz told everything to the brothers and they were so surprised, they couldn't even eat. "No fair, ayato gets to have little bitch forever" laito said with a sad look. "I knew it" shu said smirking. "I had a feeling this would happen" reiji said processing everything.

While yui was so confused that she refused to eat and wanted to stay in her room and the brothers didn't mind since they knew that she needed some alone time. But what about ayato, he went quiet after hearing that he'll be marrying yui, was he happy or upset?
