Chapter 2

My brother (hopelessly) flirting with Sophia! Ha-ha funny stuff!

“Yo! Stop flirting with my best friend, it’s weird!” I said while scrunching up my face.

Did he listen to me? NO! Instead he just carried on saying super cheesy things in her ear; she looked a little uncomfortable and freaked out. And when I say a little, I mean a lot!

“Did it hurt when you fell from heaven?” he winked at her. HE FREAKING WINKED AT HER! Although it looked like his eye spasmed.

Sophia just looked at him and said, “no, but it’s gonna hurt when I kick you where the sun don’t shine!”

“Yea! Go girl!” I cheered in my head.

“Hey Saff! Thank goodness you’re ready!” she said while she got up off the couch and hugged me as if the world was ending.

“Ok! Let’s go to school!” I said while faking enthusiasm.

I went into the kitchen where there was a note from my mom, it said, “hey my little cupcakes! I am so sorry, I had an emergency at the hospital, and they needed extra people to do more shifts, so I went. I love you two! There is money for lunch on the counter! Xx Take care and be safe!”

My mom is the best mom you can ever have! We have money, but she still works and helps people out. She’s my inspiration. She’s so beautiful; she has brown hair that curls down just below her shoulders, hazel eyes that turn brown when she’s mad or upset and green when she’s truly happy. She is amazing, being a single mother of 2 and still beautiful, I don’t know how she does it but she is the best mom we could ever have. Sophia calls her mom as well. Ha-ha.

I took the money and gave half to my brother, Sam.

We went in Sophia’s car, since my car is nonexistent. Meaning I don’t have a car. BUT I’m getting one for my 17th............I hope.

I took a step outside my house and was immediately blinded by the golden rays from the sun. This day was going to be good, I had a feeling.

Sophia’s car is a yellow mini, I loved it so much! It’s not just a normal mini though, it’s super high tech since her dad is a technician and her mom is a designer and they add they add high tech stuff to the mini. 

For example, the roof of the mini can be adjusted to open and close so you can feel the wind through your hair on a hot day. She has a super cool stereo with all the new hits and celebrity news. An AC that is way better that normal ACs because they blast more air and scents as well!

She has leather seats that are non stainable (I don’t know how?). And there are little devices that you can press a blue button and you can get your back massaged!

“So.......how are you and Jack?” Sophia asked me with a slight grimace, she isn’t a very big fan of Jack either.

“Oh, him? We are so over, he is such a jerk!” I said angrily.

“Good” she said sighing with relief. “I can’t stand him and his cockiness.

“So, Soph” I said trailing off.

“I was thinking, don’t you think Jackson is cute?” hinting at her.

You see, Jackson is crushing badly on Sophia, but she is clueless about relationships that regard her. I know she likes him, so I’m trying to be cupid for a while.

Jackson is super smart but shy, he is also in the football (soccer) team and quite cute. Sophia is smart but outgoing and very beautiful. They could totally balance each other out.

Their couple name could be......SACKSON! Wait, no. That sounds weird. Hmm, what about......SOPHSON! Wait no, ugh, WAIT! I GOT IT!! ‘JOPHSON’ YES! Happy dance moment right now!

“Oh, look! We’re at school already!” she said and bolted out of the car, only to bump into Jackson! Ha-Ha!

“Oh, h-hey Sophia!” Jackson stuttered while rubbing his neck looking anywhere but Sophia.

“H-Hi Jackson!” Sophia said looking down at the ground, her cheeks were on fire!

“Hey Jackson! Looking good!” I complimented him, he did look good. With his tanned complexion and black shirt and navy jeans that fitted him perfectly. And his hair that looked like he just got out of bed. His chocolate brown eyes with green specks near the middle and his strong jaw and his nose slightly crooked. He was definitely drool worthy. Ha-ha.but I knew Sophia liked him so he was only a friend to me, a bit like best friends at times. They were obviously made for each other.

AND I need to break up with Jack.

While I was looking for Jack, I saw him making out with Scarlett Jones. A few weeks ago, I would have been hurt but I don’t feel anything towards him so that didn’t really affect me in anyway other than being disgusted by that slut and man-whore.

So I went up to him and tapped him on the shoulder,

“Whaaat?” he said grumpily then going back to kissing her, well it looked like he was actually eating her face and vice versa with her.

“Wow, what a nice way to treat your girlfriend, wait no, I meant to say, your EX-girlfriend.” I said smiling and laughing so hard inside me head at his face. It looked like he had just shit himself.

“Are you constipated or something?” I said and getting a lot of laughs from his ‘friends’.

I just turned around and walked off feeling proud of myself and trying hard not to laugh at his face!

During break I was just walking to the library when I heard people shouting ‘fight! Fight!’ oh no. I had a bad feeling about this!

I ran to where the commotion was being held. I saw Jack pushing and shoving someone. That was not right. So I stomped there and tried to break it up.

“Stop! What the hell is wrong with you?” I shouted at his face, trying to push him away. I was furious! How dare he do that to someone! I bet he thinks he’s so cool! Ugh! He really frustrates me!

“What, him?” he said, pointing a finger to the boy who I realised was Zach. He was a nice person, I haven’t talked to him, he is pretty good looking, and I don’t know why everyone teases him so much? He has a strong chiselled jaw, he looks quite muscular but all that muscle is being hidden from the baggy clothes her wears. He has caramel brown hair that slightly covers his eyes, and his eyes wow, they are blue like the ocean on a hot day.

“don’t worry about him baby, he’s just a mommy’s boy, oh wait, WAS!” he shouted straight at Zach who held a blank expression but his eyes had so much pain and sorrow in them. I felt really bad for him, Jack was the most popular guy in the whole school and even though his attitude was appalling and he was a cocky a-hole, the girls only cared about his looks and money.

ugh.
