The Great Wall Of Sorrow

"THE GREAT WALL OF SORROW"

I'm just a victim,

A product of a one sided love.

I'm just a man,

Bounded by the bitterness and loneliness

Drastic enough to call myself a wasted one.

The pain soothes through my bones

And goes out as tears

I'm bleeding inside,

Only be seen by no one.

Am I not good enough?

Or am I not enough?

Or maybe it's just your choice to break my heart?

How I just wish too much pain will make me numb

So I wouldn't realize how really dumb I was.

I treated you as my princess

Even without a castle

But you treated me back

Only as a friend who needs some entertainment.

I was caged and imprisoned

Inside the great wall of sorrow,

Founded by you.

Every time I close my eyes,

All I can dream of is you and you alone

The way your lips stretch on both ends forming a sweet smile.

The way your eyes glimmer through the brightness of the sun

The way how creases find its way on your nose

The way how you look as innocent as a new born child

Makes me want to stay asleep

But the way you break my heart?

It simply turns all my dreams into a nightmare in just an instance

** This is actually dedicated for a (guy) friend so I use a man's point of view. But I'm actually a girl so don't confuse yourselves.
