He had successfully carried the girl to his car, but hadn't been able to wake her. As Derek entered the car himself, he just sat for a while, taking a glance are her baldly healed collarbone and than back at his stomach, the scratches on him were just as swollen and red as hers were, and even her nose still bled a bit as she slept.

'I am taking you home, Stella, but u have to wake up,' he spoke again, trying to poke softly at her shoulder not to anger her again. He swore that if she transformed inside his car, and even left the smallest scratch, he would have to kill her.

'No, it hurts,' she muttered, barely opening her mouth. 'What hurts?' He asked, looking at the sleeping girl confused. 'Everything,' she answered back, snores following right after it left her mouth.

'Stop fighting it, let yourself heal,' he responded, realising what she was doing was blocking everything, even the good side, just like she did before. 'I don't want to,...' she shifted in her seat for the smallest bit, 'be this.'

'You cannot start fighting it again, Stella,' Derek turned in his seat to leave a comforting hand on her thigh, receiving a twitch from the girl as response.

'I know what it feels like, the guilt, but if you fight it now, you will loose control later and do way worse than just give me a scratch, or something will happen to you that I cannot allow,' he grasped her thigh a little tighter, smelling and feeling the pain she was putting herself in.

'You just want me to help,' her eyes shot open again, but they were normal. 'You just need me to help,' her voice turned angry again, as she looked at Derek. 'You are putting me through this so you can use me, and my brothers best friend to kill the alpha,' her eyes flashed again, but Derek could see she was trying to stay calm.

'No,' he said. 'Not you,' he pulled away his hand, giving her the space she clearly wanted. 'Scott can lead me to him, you have nothing to do with the alpha,' the green eyed man made himself clear. 'I do this, because I know what will happen if you try to stop it now, you will go crazy in the end,' the girl made herself comfortable again. 'You will hurt yourself, and others.'

'I am driving you home now,' he followed as she closed her eyes again. 'Take me somewhere where I can't hurt anyone,' she softly spoke, still feeling the need to kill every moving thing. 'Okay,' and so he did, he drove all the way to his house, maybe it wasn't the best place to keep a batshit crazy werewolf that could blow the place down, but it was better than his piece of shit caravan he lived in.

'I will help get you out,' he slightly pushed her back in the seat before she climbed out herself. She waited for him to come around the car, as soon as he opened the door for her she had the sudden need to puke. 'Out the way,' she slowly spoke, taking a few steps forward, but didn't puke, she just stood bent over for a while.

'I told you to stop fighting it,' his voice was getting irritated again at the feeling of pain she was giving off. 'I think you broke my rib,' she pointed out as she stood up right, grunting again. 'I think, you tried to kill me,' he reacted, giving her a fake mad look. 'I'll try again if you don't stop looking at me like that,' he raised his eyebrows at her.

'Like what?' He wondered. 'Like I am the child with adhd and you are the mom that has to hold it back from kicking random people,' she smiled softly, still in quite a lot of pain as they walked inside.

'Well, it is kind of like that, but instead of kicking, you try to rip their throat out,' he grinned softly as he held the front door open for her. He couldn't resist the urge to touch her back just for a second as she passed, and was happy with himself when he heard her heartbeat skip a beat.

'Where even are we?' Derek showed her the two couches he slept on every once in a while, pointing for her to sit. 'My childhood home,' there was a certain kind of sadness in his eyes as he said it.

'Can you- can I know what happened?' She sat herself down, trying to distract herself from the sound of his heartbeat. 'Do you want to know?' He sat beside her, pulling a blanket from a box near the couch, and handing it to her. 'No, that's why I asked,' she sarcastically remarked.

'The Argent's, werewolf hunters, they burned it, all of it, my family included,' she patted the couch so he would come closer, and so he did,  she offered a part of the blanket he had just handed over, which he accepted.

'Because you were werewolves?' She questioned, receiving a nod from him.

'Not all of us,' he looked at her, she had her eyes closed but was clearly awake and listening. 'I am sorry to hear,' her heartbeat didn't fasten, she wasn't lying. She was actually sorry to hear.

'Wasn't the best experience,' he admitted. 'No, I bet that was me trying to kill you,' he laughed a little, and she laughed with. 'I don't know, I like this experience a little bit more, you know, when your claws aren't in me,' she opened her eyes again to see how close he was, and the little smile he had on his face.

It was weird, the way she barely knew him, she had only seen him three times but it felt like they had been best friends forever. She couldn't help but glance at his lips for a second, at the small beard that was growing. She probably should ignore that feeling.

'I think Scott knows,' she informed him. 'Already?' Derek wasn't really paying attention, he was staring at the way her hair fell down her shoulders and the way her eyes looked tired but beautiful. 'Yeah, he smelled it,' she decided to lay her hair on his shoulder, both their heartbeats fastening. 'I'll make sure he doesn't tell,' Derek responded, as if they both didn't hear the heartbeat coming from each other.

When the sun came up, the sun shined in Stella's eyes as she woke up. Happy to feel and see that Derek was still there. On one side, she didn't want to wake him up, she could stay like that for awhile, but she had to get home and figure out whatever it was that she was going to do with herself.

'Derek,' she spoke, moving away from him just to realise that his hand was laying on her thigh, making it even harder for her to wake him up. 'Derek,' she spoke again, his eyes opening slowly, his lips perking up the smallest bit at the sight of Stella, but going back to the Sourwolf face as soon as he realised he was just making it harder for himself.

'I am brining you home,' he spoke, his hand leaving her leg in a split second, he stood up and walked to the car, being followed by Stella.
And that's what he did, he dropped her off at her house, without saying word. 'I am sorry, about yesterday,' she spoke before leaving the car, just receiving a simple nod.
