The Night

When the boy returned home he was very tired. The butler requested him not to wake the old master ( the grandfather of Yong Su Wook) up. So, he silently returned to his room and then inclined himself in his bed. It was 1.30 a.m. he was lying in his bed very silently. He was recapitulating of what happened few hours ago. He was about to fall asleep, but he suddenly felt someone's presence. He opened his eyes and saw someone, clad in white, is sitting at the side of his bed. His blood ran cold with fear. Now that creature turned its head towards him. Yong Su Wook recognized its familiar countenance – pale and wan as if languishing itself by any kind of oppression. Now this creature touched his hand and holds it tightly. It was the strange girl of last night.

Yong Su Wook sits around her and asked her, 'Oh it's you! I was affrighted. So how did you sneak into my room? Didn't the guards stop you? Whatever, thank you for helping me.'

She was silent. She, then, stood up and told him, 'I'm leaving. Take care.'

'Hey don't go, please, I have no one with whom I can talk or share a little', she stopped there, he continued, 'you know what I'm not supposed to talk with the people I want. I have too many restrictions in my life. As you've come here, let me have a little talk with you'. The girl now lifted her head towards him as if she wanted to say something but she was silent. Now he continued, 'I won't ask you how you came here. You are a free soul but, I'm not.'

There was a long pause. The girl now went near to the man and sat around him and said into his ear, 'I will stay but you have to promise me that you won't regret for letting me stay with you.'

'Ok, I won't regret.'

There was a long pause. Yong Su was looking calmly into her eyes with his shining eyes. But she was steadily looking to his collar. He noticed it and said, 'this mark at my collar was caused by an accident. Since then I was not allowed to go alone anywhere I wanted to. So ,you know, last night I went alone on the road just to get some fresh air and to be free from the people who always surrounded me where ever I go. That's why I didn't take the phone with me. I always needed some friends but I am never was allowed to have some.' He now paused.

She was silent too. Now he looked at her hand, which was kept on the knee of the girl. He was going to utter something to the girl but the girl held his chin with her hands and drew her face close to the boy. Without uttering a word, she kissed him at once and withdrew herself. Yong Su was astonished by the sudden kiss. He, now, held her close to him and gently put his lips on hers. He closed his eyes and kissed her repeatedly and was embracing her more tightly. He had never ever felt this kind of feeling, so calm and passionate.

Now he heard his servant was calling him. He opened his eyes and sees it was morning. The girl was no more in his arms. He was lying in his bed. He woke up in a shock. 'Where is she', he murmured in pain. He covered his face with his hands and was panting heavily. The servant was extremely shocked as he saw his master on that state of uneasiness and got out calling for the old master.
