Make It Happen

A few hours went by and Colson finally came out of Pete's room, "He fell asleep, he'll be fine for now. Just gotta check on him." I nod, "What the hell was he on?" He shakes his head, "He mixed some random pills together and made himself delusional." I scoff, "He tried to come onto me, it was really aggressive and scary." He nods and put his hands on my shoulders, "I know, baby. I'm so sorry." I sigh, "Not your fault. I just hope Pete is alright." He sighs, "He'll be alright. He just needs to sleep it off." I nod, "Alright. Hey, I got a question. Are you having groomsmen?" He nods, "Yeah, all of my homies will be my groomsmen, why?" I shrug, "I have no friends, that's why. Is it weird if I have dudes and girls in my bridal party?" He chuckles, "I don't care." I nod slowly, "Pete's mine then. I call dibs." He laughs, "Even after what he just did?" I nod, "Yeah, I know that wasn't him. I won't hold it against him. I'll call Demi and a few other people tomorrow and see if they're down." He nods, "Don't invite Ashley though, it'll be weird because Dom will be there as a guest. He already confirmed it." I sigh, "Not weirder than watching his ex actually get married. I'm going to shop for dresses tomorrow with me, myself and I because everyone that pretends to  like me eventually disappear." He sighs, "Why don't you invite some of those YouTube people you hang out with? That Tana chick seems cool." I squint at him, "You just think she's hot and want to see her around more." He looks grossed out, "Ew, no. Dried up blonde bimbos aren't my thing." I scoff, "She's not dried up, she's only 21." He sighs, "Yeah maybe that was mean but still, invite her. She's always reaching out to you, go for it." I shrug, "Alright, I'll message her right now." He nods then turns the tv on, "Baby, if I order some pizza, you gonna want some?" I nod, "Yeah, I'm simple though, I just like pepperoni." He smirks and chuckles softly, "You are anything but." He calls somewhere then I get a message back from Tana after a few minutes, "I'd be honored to help you. When and what time?" I get kind of excited but remember she's well known for being late so I tell her to come a few hours before I actually plan on being there. I give her the details then give her my phone number so she can call me if she needs to. I get a face time immediately, I answer it to see Tana's face, "Hey beautiful. I figured it'd be easier to call you than text. Do you want to go to breakfast before we go dress shopping?" I smile then look over at Colson as he says, "She'd love to. She needs some friends so don't be a prick and leave her like the rest of them." Tana smiles, "Holy shit, is that the gunner himself? Huge fan dude." I smile at the phone then answer, "Yeah, I'm down. Let me know when." She nods then says, "So are guys swingers or anything? Are you interested in women?" I sigh, "I do like women but we're not swingers so no chance you'll get to hop on the gunner's dick, nice try though." She laughs, "I was hoping you'd hop on mine. I'm not interested in Colson." I chuckle, "I'm gonna go, I'll see you tomorrow." She chuckles, "Alright, fine. I'll see you then." 

When I hang up Colson gives me a glare, I laugh, "What?" He shakes his head, "You better not hook up with her." I scoff and roll my eyes, "I'm pregnant, baby. No one's gonna want me even if I was interested." He smirks at me, "I want you all day, everyday." I giggle, "You're just saying that." He shook his head, "No I'm not, you're carrying my kid, why would that make you any less attractive to me?" I shrug, "I don't know, I'm just in my feelings. I'll be fine." He smiles, "You're always in your feelings. I'm gonna go up to the store and get our food. Will you check on Pete for me?" I nod then watch him leave the room. I wait about 20 minutes before I go to Pete's room. I walk in and he has one of the lamps on beside the opposite side of the bed, I walk over and sit down next to where he's laying and pat his back. He rolls over and squints at me then snuggles up to me. I chuckle softly then start rubbing on his shoulders and back, "I'm sorry, B. I'm so sorry." He mumbles. "It's okay, I know that wasn't you." He looks up at me and groggily says, "That feels really good by the way." I laugh, "Are you feeling alright?" He looks up and smiles, "Yeah, my stomach hurts and I have a headache but I'll be fine. Where's Kels?" I motion toward the door, "He went to go pick up some pizza for us." He smirks and avoids eye contact, "Pepperoni because you're simple?" I laugh, "You already know what's up." He smiles at me, "You can go, if you want. I'm fine. I'll probably just go back to sleep until tomorrow." I shake my head, "Nah, I'm comfortable. I'll stay here until Colson gets back." He lays back down on my chest and starts rubbing my baby bump as I keep massaging his shoulders and back. He eventually falls asleep on me so I just lay there and close my eyes, assuming Colson would come in to get me when he got back.

I woke up with Pete wrapped around me around 3 in the morning. I came in here at 9 pm so I was super confused that Colson never came in here to get me. I pulled Pete off of me then walked down to the bedroom. I opened the door and saw Colson passed out sprawled across the bed. I woke him up and he looked up at me, "Hey, baby. What time is it?" I sit down next to him, "3 in the morning. Why didn't you wake me up?" He sighs, "Pete was cuddled up to like a baby and I didn't want to bother you guys. It was cute, he looked happy. I was a little jealous because we don't sleep like that." I chuckle, "Thats because I'm usually the one cuddled up to you like that." He smiles at me, "I'll be the baby tonight then." I roll my eyes and lay in the bed after setting an alarm to meet up with Tana but I'm not able to fall asleep so I just sit there and wait for the sun to rise, deep in thought. I look down at Colson sleeping on me and go back to the night we met; The look in his eyes when he first saw me was something I'll never forget. He had a stern look on his face until he looked over at me, his eyes lit up like a kid getting their first toy or someone seeing their first diamond. His face then softened as he whispered to that guard and then once I got up to him, he acted all chill but looking back knowing what I know now, he just wanted to fuck me but when we were alone, his whole demeanor changed after we started talking. I saw him go from 'I'm gonna fuck this girl' to 'I'm going to marry this girl' in a matter of seconds. He didn't care that I wasn't rich or famous, he apparently liked who I actually was and I've never had that before. When I met Demi, I was in middle school and she always had a weird obsession with me from what Kelsey always said anyway so I confronted her one day and we basically became frenemies, I knew she was fucking my boyfriends behind my back but I felt so numb that I never cared enough to say anything about it. I never really felt anything until I went and saw MGK live, I got invited by Demi a few weeks before the concert because her boyfriend at the time bailed on her and left town so I started listening to his music and really fell in love with his Hotel Diablo album, I never saw what he looked like or anything though before I saw him in person. The meet and greet was Demi's 'clever' little rouse to try get what happened to me, to happen to her but she ended up sleeping with who she thought was his guitar player but it was actually a guitar tech that worked for the venue. Anyway, when I met him and saw how tall and heavily tatted he was, I was super attracted to him immediately. I mean, I saw him on stage and stuff but I wasn't paying attention to what he looked like at that time. I remember that little interaction with the dancer then how he looked up at me with a blunt in his mouth, smile on his face like he knew he was about to get laid but once I got closer to him, his whole attitude changed, he want from 'let's fuck' to 'holy shit, she's actually cool'. When he finally got the courage to lean in and kiss me, we made out for a long time and I knew he was ready to go but he never tried and when he wanted to see me again, it made me feel something. I was used to being used but he had nothing to gain from using me, that's how I knew. I knew that he was going to either end up being my worst heart break or my 'forever'. Turns out it was the latter.
