Finals

"Are you absolutely sure about this?"

*Sigh* "For the hundredth time yes. Robots wont be able to give them a sense of danger, we will."

"I wasn't referring to that, I was referring to the plan of putting young Bakugo and young Midoriya on a team, together. It's something that could blow up in our faces quite literally."

That was the argument All Might and Aizawa had been in since the idea of the students fighting teachers was brought up. All Might being the strongest one in the room was worried that he might do some permanent damage to the team assigned to fight him even with the weights to slow him down.

"Yes it could but I believe that their team work could use some improvement." Midnight looked at their files over once again before passing them on.

*Sigh* "All right then, let's do it."

"Ooohhh I got a bad feeling about this."

"Oh why is that?" Momo stood beside Izuku as they waited for Mr. Aizawa to show up. They had taken the written exam three days ago and to no ones suprise, Izuku and Momo had been the top two.

"Look over there." Momo looked to where he was pointing and suddenly she had second thoughts about being ready for the practical.

"Good morning students, today you all will be taking your practical part of the finals. You will be paired in twos and those pairs will be facing one of us. To make it easier we will be handicapped with special weights designed by the support course students." Nezu passed the list to Aizawa from his scarf.

"All right listen up. Iida you and Ojiro will face off against Power Loader, Sero and Shinso against Midnight, Koda and Jiro against Present Mic, Yaoyorozu and Todoroki against me, Kirishima and Sato against Cementoss, Uraraka and Aoyama against Thirteen, Hagakure and Shoji against Snipe, Kaminari and Mina against Principal Nezu, Asui and Tokoyami against Ectoplasm, finally."

Izuku paled considerably, "Oh no."

Bakugo was upset that he had to work with the nerd but he also knew who they would fight. "Oh no."

"OOOOOHHHHH YEEEEAAAHH!"

All Might slammed into the ground kicking up dust and wind.

*Cough, Cough, hack* "Midoriya and Bakugo will face off against All Might. First up is Sero and Shinso vs Midnight." Aizawa brushed some dust off the list and walked off with the other teachers. "Good luck you two." Iida waved and the rest went to make preparations.

"Hey Kachan we-"

"I dont need your help. I may be nicer towards you but I wont accept your help got that!" With that Bakugo walked off to who knows where.

"Well Ddraig I guess it's up to us to have a plan ready incase we need to save him."

"Your absolutely right partner. And lucky you I have just the thing, listen up."

........

"DARN IT ALL TO SUGAR!"

Shinso fired another arrow that got slapped away by Midnight's whip. "Sero you jerk, you just had to push me out of the way while you got hit with the gas. You owe me for pulling you with me."

Carrying another person was hard, carrying an unconscious person was even harder. It's in these moments that Shinso really wished that he had joined Midoriya in his strength training because right now Midnight was getting closer and he was getting tired.

"Wake up Sero c'mon I cant keep lugging you around." Another arrow wasted on keeping her back. 'I need to be a better shot.' He went and hid behind a decently sized rock, that's when Sero became semi conscious. "Welcome back sleeping beauty. I'm gonna need you so wake up." Shinso slapped Sero a couple of times to get his brain active.

"If we fail it's on you." Sero shook his head a few times to get the fog out of his head.

"Where are you my prey~?"

"Hear that? That's a big deal ok."

"Uuuuuhhhhhgggghhhh, I'm up I'm up just stop slapping me ok?" Sero leaned against the rock and looked Shinso in the eye.

"I have a plan."

Midnight had just checked behind another rock when an arrow landed by her feet. "What th-" before she could finish the arrow released a thick cloud of steam. another arrow whizzed by and hit the rock letting out more steam.

At that moment a peice of tape latched onto her arm and began to wrap her up. "DO IT SHINSO!" Midnight still couldn't see and now she couldn't use her arms at all.

*clink*

A pair of cuffs were slapped on her wrists. "Good job, you pass."

"Wow that was really clever. They managed to stop Midnight from using her quirk and managed to capture her." Uraraka said from her spot in the observation room. "Oh Uraraka your not gonna plan for your match?"

"Well I would be buuut."

"Aoyama/Aoyama."

Midoriya and Uraraka looked at Aoyama who was checking himself out in a mirror.

"Nobody sparkles like moi."

"Well Kirishima and Sato are next so you still have some time before you go."

............

"MANLY PUNCH, MANLY PUNCH , MANLY PUNCH, MANLY PUNCH!"

Kirishima and Sato had been punching concrete walls for ten Minutes now and went makeing much progress at all.

"Sato lets go full throttle! MAXIMUM HARDENING!"

"You got it! SUGAR RUSH!"

"Foolish, an all out assault against an opponent stronger than you will be your end." Cementoss used his quirk and raised more walls to block their path.

Five minutes later Kirishima and Sato promptly lost and past out on the ground. "You lose. You two have much to learn about yourselfs." Four medical robots with two stretchers carried them to Recovery Girls office.

"Man they were soooo close to winning that one!" Izuku shook his head and leaned against an empty chair. "No they weren't, Kirishima and Sato's quirk rely on them finishing fights quickly. They're not meant for drawn out fights, that's one of the reasons that Kirishima lost in the sports festival against Kachan."

"He's right instead of fighting they should have gone for the exit to get help instead of trying to fight." Momo walked in and hugged her red armored boyfriend. "Did you make a plan for your fight against Mr. Aizawa?"

"We did but maybe you could give some advice to help us out some since he is in one of your notebooks."

"Wait you looked at my notebooks? When did that happen?"

Momo walked and sat down in the chair he was leaning on and gave a smug smile. "You were out running and I just skimmed them. However the first four are really cute, being in crayon and all."

"Ooohhh do you mind if I look through them? I'm really curious because of the one you currently write in." Uraraka was shaking with excitement while Izuku was a blushing mess. Momo had embarrassed him because he was sure nobody other than Kachan knew about them. "S-sure once this is over we can go through them."

All things considered I'm glad to be back writing on this story so that I can be that much closer to finishing it. Aside from that I'm thinking of doing another one that takes place at least fourteen years after they graduate and have kids so it's really important to me to have some other pairings for the whole 'next gen heroes' thing.
