Ok I really should stop doing notice chapters but I do this so that you fans can understand what I'm about to do and get your opinion on it.
But this notice is something i have already decided on.
You see I'm about to give our boy Midoriya a power up but i feel that in order to do that and keep balance in power so that he doesn't get stupidly over powered, I've decided that Midoriya would need to lose power.
In essence Midoriya needs to lose power in order to gain power.
