Chapter twenty-four

One month later...

Third pov:
Jungkook stood in front of a podium, on a large stage, set up in the middle of the town, for everyone in the to see him. He cleared his throat, letting out fake sniffles and wiping fake tears and clearing his throat, as he began to read a speech he wrote. "My fellow pack citizens!! We are gathered here today, for the death of my father, King Jeon Junsuh, was found dead last Monday! It was early morning, when a maid was cleaning rooms and found his sleeping, lifeless body!!" He paused for a moment, swallowing a lump in his throat. Everyone was crying, upset about the news of their king. "It has dawn me, that sense I have not found a Queen yet, and have not shown my strength to have someone baring the next heir!! Written in my fathers will, he states to give the throne to my Uncle Jihyun!! Until I have rightfully shown my strength as an alpha!! Jihyun will for now be your King for the pack!!" Jungkook gestured Jihyun to come up to the podium, the elder thanking his nephew. Everyone cheered and whistled, happy to have a similar great as their last. Jihyun hushed them, clearing his throat before speaking, "My fellow wolfs! It 'tis great sadness of my brothers sudden death!! He was such a great King and father of this pack!! I looked up to him when I just a little pup, and I still do to this day!! I will continue on with his work to make him proud!!! And as for a queen... I admit to have fallen in love, with a breeder, which sounds bizarre yes!! But I do have strong feelings for him!! Sadly, he has been taken from me!! He barring my pup and is due any day now!! I am worried for my love!! So if you find him, my sweet Hoseok!! Please do bring him to me!! Thank you my citizens for joining me today, for the infinite remembrance of my brother!! And for accepting me as your new king!! Have a great day everyone!!" Everyone cheered for their new king, watching him step off the stage, guards protecting Jihyun from a large crowd. As entered a black limousine, Jungkook following in after him. Both high diving, for a job well done.
Rumors and whispers spread like while fire about the missing breeder, the word ended up in many other packs as well.

Two weeks later...

On a hot summer day in mid-June, Jimin overheard the rumors, he wasn't able to attend the town meet up for the Princes speech. Having to take care of his omega that's been throwing up a lot recently. He still remembers that cold winter day, when he took Namjoon out on a date, asking him to be his mate. Jimin was scared to ask, thinking maybe he was jumping the boat to soon. But when the tall omega said yes, the alphas world stopped, he had to ask the omega if he was dreaming. Only to get a giggle from the cute omega, the sweet voice rings through the alphas ears like a melody. "Jiminie, my love for you is as real as the sun being a star and the moon shining for baby turtles to see at night... Being your friend was a choice, but falling for you was beyond my hearts control." The omegas words were cheesy, yet so beautiful and cute, it made Jimin fall for the omega all over again. Then there's little Lily, she was Jimins blooming flower, he could care less that she was adopted, because he brought him and closer each day. It felt like a family Jimin thought he'd never have.
"Ah!! Jimin!! I know you're happy about tying the knot and all, but those croissants are not going to roll themselves!!" Jin shouted, a smirk plastered on his lips, loving how the newly mated alpha was daydreaming. "Sorry hyung!!" Jimin got back to rolling the puff pastry's, hearing Jins footsteps get closer to him. Watching how elder placed a full tray of rolled puff party's into the heated oven. "So, how's Namjoon? Still throwing up?" Jimin hummed, nodding his head, "Yeah, it's starting to worry me too, he's been throwing up all month, waking up in the morning, at the crack of dawn... then throwing up lunch later on.... I keep telling him to go to the doctor, but he's stubborn sometimes." Jin had his arms crossed, brows furrowed, humming as he thought through the alphas words. "Jimin, when was Namjoon's last heat?" Jimin pauses his actions, thinking, "mid-February I believe, why?" The elder looked at the young alpha in disbelief, "Jimin an omegas heat is every three months." Jimin shrugged, as he continued his work, "Yeah, and? It could be another horrible virus like last time." Jin rolled his eyes, resting his hand on the counter and leaned against it. "Jimin-ah, use those bloody alpha instincts of yours, and think about it, it's mid-June, Namjoon should have had his heat by now, but instead he's have morning sickness, he came to the cafe the other day asking for a cranberry orange bagel with Swiss cheese, ham, and caramel drizzle, could you tell me why?" Jimin only shrugged, making the other groan, "Jimin I even notice a change in his scent, he's pregnant for crying out loud!" The young alphas eyes widen in shock, he glanced at the annoyed looking Jin, "Why wouldn't he tell me himself though?" Jin sighed, his annoyed expression softened, "Maybe he doesn't know yet either? Or because of our new King, Jungkook let his uncle take the throne after his fathers passing. He's only been king for two weeks and made a law stating that now all omegas are Breeders." Jimin's was pissed about what he just discovered from the elder, he's been so caught up with his omega, he didn't have time to catch up with the recent events. Jin pat his back, telling him everything will be ok. "I'm worried about Hoseok though, Jihyun even told a fucking lie about falling in love with Hoseok and that he is carrying Jihyuns pup. Even saying the Hoseok was abducted, but honestly I think he ran away." Jin stated, as he helped out with the pastry's, it was a slow day today, because everyone in the pack was going nuts on trying to find the missing omega. Jimin scuffed, "Hoseok's smart, I'm sure he would want to escape from that hell hole, taking Taehyung with him. Going to the one place no one would look in." The elder hummed in agreement, sighing and checking his watch for the time, "Welp! It's five, I can take care of the rest from here Jimin, go home to your mate. And say his for me!" Jimin nod, giving his friend a thumbs up before dashing out of the little cafe.

"Namjoon!! Lily!! I'm home!!" Jimin shouted, shutting the door and locking it on his way in. Hearing little feet patting against the wood, coming from the stairs. "Daddy!!" Lily shouted, Jimin caught her in his arms, lifting her up and placing her on his hip. "Hey Lil'!! Where's your mama at?" She pointed up towards the stairs, "mama in showah!!" The alpha awed, kissing the little girls head, "Go play pumpkin, daddy is going to check how mama is feeling, ok?" "Ok!" Lily slid from his grasp, running up the stairs to her room. Jimin followed behind, but head to the room he shared with the omega.
He entered the bedroom, hearing the water running in the bathroom, walking up to the bathroom door and opening it. Closing the door before the all the hot steam left, quietly peeling his clothes off and hoping into the shower. Namjoon squeaked from feeling arms around his waist, "Jiminie! Goodness you scared me!" Jimin awed, "I'm sorry baby, I didn't mean to, how are you feeling?" Namjoon scuffed, mumbling something about the young alpha lying. But relaxed back in the calming embrace. "Feeling better, it'll soon pass though," the omega answered in a soft voice, sounding a little hesitant. Jimin nod, humming, as he pecked kisses along the back of the omegas neck. Namjoon tilt his head in submission, moaning out the alphas name, from the younger sucking on his neck, and biting it. Leaving marks behind, Jimin stuck his nose in the omegas scent gland, taking in the rose and chocolate scent. "Joonie baby... you know you can tell me anything right?" He places hand on what used to be a flat stomach, but is now a small bump, feeling the omega go stiff. Namjoon's bit his trembling bottom lip, his head dropped, Jimin spun the omega around and cupped his face, kissing the plumps lips. "I'm so scared Jimin.... so scared... Even if I'm marked as yours, I'm legally anyone's breeder... I-I don't want to carry any other alphas pup, only yours... the doctor said that after I give birth... he already has an alpha and beta couple that want me to be their breeder...." Jimin wanted to cry, but also wanted to rip the new King to shreds. "You're my omega Namjoon, my everything, don't forget that, I will make sure no one touches you and our pups."
"Make love with me alpha, please... I don't to have the thought of another alpha touching me... " Namjoon nearly begged. His tears never stopped, blending with warm shower water. Jimin gave him a long and loving kiss, "No one will see your beautiful body, but me, this amazing pup growing inside you, is a creation from our love. Namjoon, I want you and Lily to run away, I'm going to stay here, but I promise to visit you three. Go to the cabin I took you too, the night I asked you to be mine. It's not near any boundary of any pack, stay there, only until it's safe, please?" Namjoon sniffled and nod, "promise you'll come see us?" "Of course, I will even stay with you during your last month, because there is no way I'm missing the birth of our pup." Namjoon cried harder and pulled the alpha into another kiss, that was deep and passionate. They soon led to having a quick round of making love in the shower.
