((Both pictures are pictures of Kale but I'll explain at the end of the chapter.))

Harly's POV

I watched as Fleegle walked around the small room, it really did seem like he was looking for something, or someone...
But who?
"Y/n are you in here? We've been looking everywhere for you!"

Oh. Well that answered my question.
All the sudden I saw kale poke her head out.

"OH!  Hey Fleegle! Whatcha looking for pal?!" Kale looked like she was stressed and scared out of her mind all at the same time.
"Hello kale! Have you seen y/n anywhere? She found a conveniently placed screwdriver in a box and got away!"

How has Fleegle not hurt kale yet?
How and why are they having a normal conversation?
"Oh really? I haven't seen anyone but you! I'm sorry, but I'll totally tell you if I see her!"
I looked at Zoe and saw her cover her mouth quietly giggling, looks like she finds kales way of lying and being sarcastic funny.
Fleegle smiles and kale and nods "thanks kale! I hope to see you at the show!"

Kale watches as Fleegle leaves the room then takes a deep breath.
"Ok guys... it's safe to come out!"
I watch as parker comes out from behind the couch.

Kale looks at her confused "parker....... have you been there the whole time?"
Parker nods
"HOW DID HE NOT SEE YOU?"
Parker shrugs "no idea."
Zoe and I started laughing at kales confusion, even parker started laughing.

Kale smiles and laughs quietly. Then all the sudden I heard her whisper "harly reminds me so much of y/n... I miss her so much.." 
I looked at kale confused, but I didnt say anything..... I had a weird feeling that my question would be answered soon, or hopefully will be....

Y/n's POV

I quietly watch as my mom paces back and forth over and over. It kinda reminded me of old cartoon characters when they were thinking, but my mom wasnt just thinking.

She was freaking out.

"Oh god where could he be?!"
"Do you think the splits caught him!"
What if we are to late! What if they hurt him! Oh no my poor baby!"

...
You know those times when you want to yell at your parents to be quiet...

Right now was one of those times.

In my head I was slowly getting annoyed by her worrying l and how she was panicking.
Like yes I am worried for harly too, but freaking out isn't gonna help him.
It's also not gonna help us get outta here.

... oh god... i can only pray that i live after this one. I take a deel breath before slightly raising my voice.

"MOM. STOP PANICKING. AND PLEASE BE QUIET."

After that one I closed my eyes tightly... waiting to get yelled at, or worse getting smacked.
"I'm sorry hunny.. moms just just worried."

...what...
I'm..... I'm.. speechless. She isn't mad at me for raising my voice at her? I'm not gonna get smacked? Wow... I'm amazed!
Anyway straight to the point brain.

"Mom I understand that your worries for harly, but freaking out isn't gonna help him."
Poppy nods, agreeing with me.

"Y/n is telling the truth, if we want to find your son we have to stay calm."

Mom nods "ok.. I can do that." Mom takes a deep breath.
"Now let's go find harly and Zoe. They probably worried about us, just as worried as we are about them."
Shoot! I almost forgot about Zoe! I hope both of them are safe!

"Maybe we should split up! Then we would cover more ground and possibly find the kids faster." Poppy suggests...

Ok... I understand the idea. BUT. does she not know what happens when people split up in movies. ATLEAST ONE PERSON DIES!

"Bad idea... we should stay as a group."  THANK YOU MOTHER FOR COMMON SENSE .

"We should probably leave this room since the splits might check in here."
"Y/n is right, let's go."
Mom goes out the door first, poppy and I follow behind.
Then I remembered the the picture  I found in the boxes. I take the picture out of my pocket and quickly catch up to my mom.

(Son of a gun.. does anyone remember the moms name? If you do please tell me ;^;)
"Hey mom?"
She looks at me "yes hun?" I show her the picture.

"Do you know who this is?"

I hope you enjoyed this chapter that took me so long to think of! I am extremely sorry that it took me so long to make please forgive me ;^;
Anyway before I started this chapter that I would explain the 2 pictures at the top, as best as I can? This is gonna be hard to understand;^; I'm so sorry
Kale is a somewhat mysterious character who usually has her eyes covered with bandages, (or she covers one eye when shes lazy)
-she usually wears dark colors (mostly dark blue or black)
-the story will reveal more of y/n's relationship with her
-kale is actually slightly shorter the y/n

The drawing is probably a bad example of her.
And yes I made her in gacha life, if you dont like it then I'm sorry.
