*JIAYING'S P.O.V*

I woke up from my, I guess, beauty sleep and turned off my annoying alarm. I had gotten my phone to check the time when I saw a text from Namjoon.

Yesterday

Hey Namjoonie, my brother called me- saying I had to go home, I'm on my way home, Jimin probably got worried because I left the house without telling him, sorry, I must go home when I am told to.

-Oh, okay, that's okay. Did you get home safe?

Today

-Jiyoung? Are you okay? You didn't come to first or second period. Are you safe? Text me your address, I'm going to visit you during lunch.

I had just woken up and it was 10:38 A.M. two of my classes passed. I quickly type and send a message to assure Namjoon that I am okay.

I know, sorry, I woke up with a bit of a- cough, my overprotective mother told me to stay home. But I'm completely fine.

I slowly get out of bed and wash up. I then head downstairs and see my father and brother already there.

As I come down the stairs, my father looked at me and spoke, "breakfast was made by Hedi, it's on the table."

I found it a bit weird. My father was never usually at home. He would come late at night or the next day. And he ate breakfast this morning in the house. I am seriously shook.

My father wouldn't make conversations and would answer me with a simple "yes" or "no". But I'm not complaining one bit.

I nod and then quickly make my way to the kitchen counter, to where I see muffins.

My brother did not make muffins.

I was confused until I turned my head and saw a box that literally said muffins. They are from the store. Hedi wouldn't get up early for anything.

Either way, I was really hungry, so I grabbed a muffin and started eating.

After I had finished, I went to go talk to my father for the plan.

"Okay, firstly," he started, "you said you were friends with then, right?"

"Yeah, especially one of them, he wouldn't stop bothering me," I say, just like that, a smirk grew on my father's face.

"Then I want you to be his girlfriend," he says. I raise my hands in the air.

"Woah, chill Father, I am not becoming his girlfriend!" I shouted.

"Are you disobeying me?" He coldly says, giving me a death glare.

Fear grew in my emotions that I put my hands down and lowered my head. "No Father, I just haven't ever had a boyfriend before, and you know that," I respond. Since I stopped going to school, I never got to meet boys my age. The gang members are older than me. I'm the youngest. I have never fallen in love.

"There's always a first to everything," he says, coldly again.

With the task my father had given me, it had made me feel uncomfortable.

"But I can't become his girlfriend just like that," I say.

"Then you will stay for as long as it takes," he says. I quickly look at him, my eyes wide open.
