when it all started

Y/N POV

I was a total LOSER in middle school. everybody made fun of me for having braces  anyways some of those kids needed some (insert the one). my family wasn't all that rich either we lived in a small house in Massachusetts. I was in grade 6 and 12 years old. A girl called me brace face and pushed me too the ground. I asked her to leave me alone and then her and some girls started mocking me and stomping on me. I was bruised , hurt like never before. It was all black until it stopped. I was so confused why did they stop they never stop until a teacher comes by.i oped my eyes and excepted to see a teacher but no.... I saw a boy. he was skinny and his brown hair fell on top of his face. "ASHLEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO THAT POOR GIRL" he yelled then it hit me....that was Ashley boyfriend Elijah. "why do you care?" Ashley hissed. "because I dont want to date a psychopathy!" he yelled at her but now with more angers in his voice."well too late " winked at him. he looked away for a second then back at her "were done" he said softly. she was shook. he came towards me and reached for my hand. "i cant get up" I mumbled. he picked me up and carried me to the nurse on our way Ashley was following him insulting him for helping. he just walked with a smile on his face. after awhile I blacked out. I woke up in my own bed with my mom by me. "HONEY!!" she says crying tears of joy and hugging me. I was so confused until I remembered I was beat by Ashley and her friends . "im so sorry" my mom cried. "for what?" i asked. she stutterd and then the door rang. "im going to go get that" she said as rushing out. i noticed some water by my desk and chugged it. my mom 5 minutes later came by with somebody. "hey hon sooo this nice boy named elijah came by he has something for you" she smiled. elijah?!?!?!? who how why? "hey" i smiled. "hi" he smirked while coming by me. "sooo you know what happen earlier?" he said. "how could i not" i smirked. "well my mom took me to the toy store and told me to get whatever and i thought about you" he smiled. he handed me a pink plush dragon. i grabbed and and smiled so wide "thank you" I gushed. "your welcome" he said as walking out of the room "by the way I live right across the street and I have alot of kind and accepting friends if you ever want to come over.

he was so sweet ever since that day we hung out ALL the time. I learned he had a twin named Ethan and friends such as andrew, dillan, and cody.
