Chapter 3. Help!

Charlotte's POV.

I've been with Amanda for two days now and I haven't been allowed talk to anyone, I don't even know where my mom is. Maddie texted me
Hey party wasn't fun without u plz come tonite it's gonna b great. She texted and I was sick of being locked up so I decided to sneak out. What harm could it do?

The party.

"Madds this party is amazing" I said downing another shot.

"Yeah I know" she smiled grabbing my hand and dragging across the room.

"These are my friends Sam and TJ" she said and I nodded.

"I'm Charlie" I said and TJ smiled.

"You're so beautiful do you know that" he said and I smiled finding it awkward.

"Thank you" I said stiffly, I mean here I was this 23-year-old telling me I looked beautiful well he looked beautiful too but I wouldn't tell him that! It'd be weird.

I felt a bit uncomfortable everyone was taking drugs but I couldn't. I wouldn't! It'd be breaking the law, it's bad enough I drink. My thoughts were interrupted by someone touching me, very inappropriately can I add.

"Leave her alone!" I hear Sam yell and TJ came up beside me and put a hand around me protectively. The guy (Marc) backed off and I thanked the guys.

Time passed and I guess I drifted away from the group. Marc approached me and I was ready to hit him in the face. "Charlie I'm sorry about how I acted earlier I thought you were older and I bought you a drink to make up for it" he said and he seemed genuinely sorry.

"I don't drink" I lied because I didn't want anymore alcohol.

"It's just cola" he said and I nodded taking the drink from him.

<Time lapse>

"Please don't I'll do anything just please stop" I gasped tears streaming down my face. One minute I was drinking by the bar and the next I was being raped.

"Shhhh" he said, chills ran up and down me and I realised I was only in my underwear, this was actually happening! Things he did to me were terrifying, the only time I've ever been this scared was when Lewis had me in a warehouse and even he didn't rape me.

"Help me!" I screamed and he hit me across the face.

"Shut up" he said in a low tone and at this stage I wanted the pain to stop but it got worse, I finally understand how my mom must've felt. I shut my eyes tightly and tried to picture a nicer time, like when me and Calvin pranked mom on Halloween or when I held Noah for the first time.

I opened my eyes when I felt strong hands pull me up. I looked up to see Sam. He had me in his arms while I saw TJ kicking Marc on the floor. I started to sob hysterically.

"Shhh it's OK I gotcha" Sam said softly.

"He raped me" I said resting my head on his chest and crying soundly.

"I know it's OK" he said kissing my forehead making me feel safe. The party was still going on so he carried me out the back. He called a cab and dropped me too Amanda's place.

"Thanks" I whispered as he helped me out.

I forced myself to walk up the steps and then got in the elevator. I thought I'd have time to clean up since Amanda had work but I thought wrong. I opened the door and my mom was sitting there teary eyed. El was hugging her until they pulled away when I closed the door
