Right after announcing our opponents It was announced their would be a gap period between the next competition, meant for people to have lunch and for participates to prepare. Participants were also given an option on participating in other activities that were for fun actually. Some of the participants actually decided to join in on such childish games.
Tch. They should be focused on strategizing for their respective match. Oh well, that'll be their loss. At least some of them had the sense to prepare for their match. To be honest it would be wise for most people to try to prepare and strategize.
Although I don't need to strategize, there are still things I need to prepare in the Kamui dimension for my future matches. I'll try to be quick about it so that I may observe all the matches prior to my match.
I quickly entered the arena to go search for a more private area since I don't want anyone seeing my teleportation ability. Once I found a suitable area I activated my right eye's mangekyou and teleported into my pocket dimension.
Now that I'm in the Kamui dimension I'll start to begin my preparations for this tournament.
Timeskip:
I teleported outside my pocket dimension just in time for the first match to begin. While I was in the Kamui dimension I had prepared a variety of fire style jutsu and an amount of shuriken, kunai and kunai paper bombs, so that they'll be able to be launched out of my right eye.I then headed over to the arena stands where class 1A would be seated. I sat and waited for the match between Midoriya and Shinso to begin.
Timeskip:
The first category of matches just ended. To say the least most of them were rather underwhelming and embarrassing for the one that last. The only interesting match was Midoriya vs Shinso. The rest, the winner just made fools of the loser and ended very quickly. A shame as I was really hoping to learn more about their quirks, oh well. But I'll admit that ice wall of Todoroki's was certainly impressive. I'll say that he's the best contender that will advance to the last match in the first category. Now my match is about to begin, I'll start heading down there now.
I entered into the battlefield and took my position a little while after Ashido entered and went to her spot.
An enthusiastic Present Mic then began giving introductions for the two of us and began his commentary for the match, followed along with some bored statements by Aizawa.
Midnight then asked the two of us if we were ready and we nodded yes.
"Well then in three, two, one. BEGIN!!"
Immediately after hearing the words begin Ashido began to rush me offensively where she began pelting her acid at me. I effortlessly dodged all the incoming acid.
After a few minutes she grew impatient and decided to get in close quarters combat with me. With every kick and punch she aimed at me I either blocked or dodged them, me not really taking things seriously.
After another set of a few minutes I decided that it's about time to wrap things up. As another first was aimed at me I stopped it by grabbing her wrist, I then landed a kick to her stomach which launched her by some distance.
As she started getting up she kept her eyes trained on me as I stood in my original position. I then began rising my hand to point at her.
"I think it's about time to end things," I said with my finger pointed at her.
She then looked at my finger. I briefly smiled. Now she's under my genjutsu.
With her mind under genjutsu she began walking to the out of bounds zone.
Genjutsu:
Ashido POV:
"Yeah I think it's time things end," I told him.I quickly ran at him at high speeds which took him by surprise and my fist made contact with his face. Yes! Now's my chance.
I then hit him again and again and he looked like he was getting tired.
I kept pushing him further and further to the out of bounds area until he was right at the edge. I then blasted him with some acid and punched him right on the jaw which knocked him out of bounds.
I jumped up in excitement and raised my hand in victory.
But then while he was on the ground he started raising his hand then he pointed somewhere.
I felt something snap a moment of realization as I saw he was right there looking unharmed as the fake Hatake turned to crows and I was the one out of bounds.
M/n POV:
As she was snapped out of the genjutsu she looked around puzzled and confused. She then started sulking about her loss."Ashido is out of bounds, Hatake wins!"
Now I guess I'll just head back up and watch the remainder of these next matches, and see who I'll be facing up against.
