I opened the door and slowly walked down the stairs then I hear a loud sound coming from the living room it was my mom and dad I just cried for alittle until they started coming after me I then grabbed the knife and killed them both, I could not believe I did that I then grabbed the rest of the ammo and ran outside which I think was a bad idea cause all the walkers started to run towards me and I only had a gun and a knife so I hurried up and ran I didn't stop either I just kept running until I was at least in a clearing of them I then set a trap that my dad had taught me I had waited and waited until I heard a "snap" I had caught a rabbit. I had been on many hunting trips with my dad so I know how to make traps and skins the animals so they are ready to be ate. I then skinned the animal to make sure it was clean and ate it I then started to walk again I walked for 7 hours that night until I came to the community jail I didn't think that many walkers would be in there. So I finally started walking towards the jail and I finally made it there in the morning.
