Instead of having a tag fest or any mini games I've decided to give extra points two ways.
1) Filling out the form and following the rules correctly. I've noticed in many awards and the 4 I've hosted that many people rush just to get their books in the awards thus not following all or any of the rules. So people who do take the time to read the rules and fill the form out correctly (thank you) will receive +8 points for doing everything correctly. Anyone who I've had to tell to follow or ask if their books is mature or how many chapter or whatnot will get -8 points.
2) Any participants who also judge will earn +5 points towards their scores. Since we don't have many people filling judge forms out I've decided to give a few extra points to people who are participating and judging. If we don't have judges to judge books then how are books supposed to be judged, and winners announced?? So it's very critical that all judge spots get filled.
