It's been four days since Taeil gave Mark the advice to kiss Donghyuck, and it's been four days since Mark last spoke to Donghyuck. Mark wants to put Taeil's advice to play but he has no idea how to come about it. Things are awkward between him and Donghyuck. He's afraid if he kisses him, Donghyuck might freak out and well, make the situation even worse.
The boys were inside their van, on their way to their practice room. Everyone somehow managed to fit into one van except, Taeyong, Yuta, and Mark, who were sharing the second van.
"Hey, boys" cheered Taeil. "Looks like you and I are taking the car together" He made his way in and scanned the van for Mark, who was sitting all the way in the back on his own. "Hey, Mark. What's on your mind?" he asked as he sat on the seats across from Marks.
"Hyung, I appreciate your advice but I don't think I can do it" The boy sounded so blue.
"Actually, I'm glad you didn't kiss Donghyuck" the older boy shouted. Mark got startled by how loud he was speaking as if they were alone in the van. He looked over the chairs to see whether Yuta or Taeyong heard Taeil and sighed in relief once he saw the two boys were preoccupied with their own conversation. "It's okay, I kinda already told Taeyong" the older boy giggled, rubbing the back of his head.
"WHAT?!" He's got to be joking, "why the hell would you do that?!"
"Because his advice to you was awful," Taeyong spoke out over the chairs. At this point, Mark has given up. He wouldn't be surprised if the driver knew too. "Want real advice? Tell him how you feel."
"You're kidding me, right? How is that advice any better than Taeil hyung's? That's social suicide" Mark complained, there was no way could he do that.
"And kissing him wasn't?" Yuta mocked. He had a point there, telling him how he feels is a whole lot better than kissing him. Maybe he should consider it? ... But how does he feel about Donghyuck?

The practice room was chaotic, instead of practicing the boys were playing a game of tag. For a little bit, Mark forgot all his worries and was having fun. Everyone was running around avoiding Johnny who was 'it'. He was really good at this game, he didn't have to move much because regardless of where anyone went, they were all in the proximity of his reach. Perks of being a giant, I suppose. The tall lad picked his target, poor Jungwoo, and lifted his legs off the ground to start running but instead, he tripped over his long legs and fell on his face. He looked like a baby giraffe learning to walk but so often would trip over his uncoordinated long legs. Everyone practically died from laughing so hard, including Johnny himself.
Donghyuck looked over at Mark who was now also on the ground, his legs had gone weak from laughing too hard. A sense of relief showered Donghyuck, he hadn't seen Mark laugh like this in a while now. He hadn't realized how much he missed the older boy's laugh, it was so bright and comforting and it made things a hundred times funnier. Mark caught onto Dongyuck's stares and immediately stopped laughing. Panic took over his body, getting up off the floor, he sped and walked out of the practice room.
'What the hell?' Donghyuck got anxious at the thought that Mark was going back to avoiding him again. He ran after the boy, who had run into a nearby bathroom.
"Mark, open the door." He stood with his arms crossed.
"This bathroom's occupied" Mark was panicking, oh god, this was bad. Why did he run?
'Gosh, I'm an idiot'.
"Please, I just want to talk" Mark could hear slight desperation in the younger boy's voice. What the hell is he doing? All Donghyuck wants to do is talk...that's it, just talk. Nothing bad will happen. Mark paced back and forth trying to convince himself that everything was okay and all he had to do was open the door. To which he did.
"Ya! Why the hell are you avoiding me again?!" Donghyuck violently kicked the door open, right onto Mark's face. Mark fell to his knees, grimacing in pain. "What the hell has been up with you these past few weeks?" That's right, Donghyuck is unaware of Mark's dream. He has no idea how Mark feels right now. "Mark.." Donghyuck bends down to get to Mark's level and releases a deep sigh, "I won't know what's going on unless you tell me."
Mark now sat with his legs crossed, contemplating whether he should come out and tell him how he feels... In fact, he hasn't even figured out how he feels. Can he really tell his best friend, he had a wet dream about him? Mark lifted his head and met with the pleading eyes of the younger boy.
"Okay Donghyuck, you deserve to know the truth. But keep in mind, none of this was in my control" he warned. He took a deep breath before he spoke his words.
