lexi's pov
9:00 am
sunday
"lex... wake up" "jaden stop, leave me alone"
" you need to get up, you slept all day yesterday and i was all alone" "i'm sorry. those stupid shots just always make me tired." "hey you never know, maybe one day those stupid shots will come in handy" "jaden please let me sleep." "lexi, c'mon you gotta get up."
he rolls me over and flops on top of my stomach.
"Oww jaden!" "will you get up now?" "oh my gosh fine." "i got you some clothes laid out on that chair over there. it's pretty basic but it's something." "ugh thanks"
i say and roll out of bed.
i grab the clothes and as i'm walking to the bathroom something doesn't feel right. then it hit me and i think to myself, "oh god please tell me it's not what i think it is". i open the bathroom door go in and check and of course... it's my fucking period. i had one more extra pair of underwear in my bag and thankfully one tampon left, but that wouldn't last. i change into the clothes and put my stuff back in my bag. i grab some money and my phone and walk to the kitchen.
"hey jay, can i borrow your car to run to the store, and stop by my house please?" "uh yeah sure i'll drive you" "okay let's go"
we walk out to the car and get in. jaden does his usual thing and puts his hand on my thigh.
"jaden don't touch me!" i say removing his hand. "geez your moody today" "i'm sorry, just can we go to walmart" i say and stare out the window the whole car ride. we get to walmart and surprisingly get a close parking spot. i get out and jaden tries to follow me.
"jaden, can you please stay in the car" "why, what's wrong?" "nothing i just-" "i'm coming with you" he says and grabs my hand reassuring me and flashing me a warm smile.
we walk into the store hand in hand, and i walk back to the lady aisle and look at jaden as i pick up a box of tampons.
"sorry if this is awkward" "no it's okay, and this explains why you were so moody earlier" "i'm sorry i didn't mean it" "we still have to stop by my house so i can grab some of my stuff"
"does your mom know where you are?" "i mean it really doesn't matter, shes out of town right now visiting family and won't be back for another week so i'm good." "oh okay then"
we drive to my house and i go in and grab some clothes, and other necessities then we head back to the house.

time skip
"hey lexi" "what do you want jay" i say as he wakes me up from our nap as we're still laying there cuddling.
"do you wanna do anything today" "if you want to" "i don't care it's up to you" "i don't wanna argue jay, i guess we can stay home." "that's okay, as long as you're happy" we lay there and watch disney plus because why not

time skip
the rest of the week was pretty boring. just school and then the skate park every day. it was really fun though and jaden and i are really good friends now. i'm also really good friends with avani and anthony too. i'm going back to my house tonight and i guess jadens coming with me. i kinda hope he does.
i'm not sure what we are though. we've kissed six or seven times this week, we've made out twice, we sleep in the same bed every night, and he calls me baby. i'm just confused but i'll talk with him tonight about it...

later that night
"hey jaden, did you ever decide if you were staying with me tonight?" "yeah, i'm just gonna stay here tonight" "oh ok.."
you could hear the sadness in my last word. are you fucking kidding me right now. he's been leading me on all week and hyping me up all day about it, and now he's just gonna act like we've had nothing going on. wow, there goes my mood swings.
jaden runs over and picks me up off of the last step i was standing on and carry's me up to his room. he pushes the door shut and lays me on his bed so he's on top of me.
"jaden what are you doing" "i'm sorry for being a jerk i was just kidding, of course i'll go over with you" he says in between kisses.
he trails kisses down my neck and lifts the bottom of my shirt up. he places more kisses down my stomach, then he starts playing with the waistband of my jeans. then it hits me and i push him off and sit up.
"jaden i'm sorry we can't do this right now" "i'm sorry did i do something" "no no, it's just- it's that time of the month again, remember?"
"oh yeah, sorry i forgot." "i hate this time of the month, it ruins everything" "me too baby" he says and pulls me into a warm hug.
i sit there in the hug for a few seconds then push him off gently.
"jaden," "yes?" "what um, what are we?" "what do you mean, like relationships?" "no- well not exactly it's just, all week we've been kinda touchy, and i was just thinking" "lexi, we're whatever you want us to be, and i like the sound of that idea," "what do you-" "will you be my girlfriend lexi?"
