Rosé's POV
I had woken up in a bed, and rain
I look over to the couch to see Jonah sleeping
Slowly, I got up and walked outside to enjoy the rain, rain makes everything better
The morning was cold, foggy, wet, quiet, just how I liked it
"Rosé?" I heard from inside "I'm out here," I say
Soon, Jonah walks out too and stretches
"Good morning Rosé" "Good morning Jonah"
It was quiet, you could hear birds chirping, everything was perfect
"Coffee?" He asked "Yes please" I smiled
He went inside but I stayed outside, I wanted to enjoy the morning a little bit longer
"Rosé, look," Jonah says handing me my phone
My mom was calling I sighed and picked it up
"Hello?" I asked "Where in the hell are you?!" She screamed
I sighed and hung up, I wasn't ready to have her scream at me, not right now
"You alright?" Jonah asked "Yup"
I went back inside and sat on the couch
"Who was that they sound really mad" Jonah chuckled
"My mom, she was wondering where I am," I told him
"And you didn't tell her, why?" He asked glancing at me
"Because she doesn't want to know, she just needs a reason to scream at me" I rolled my eyes
"I'm guessing you and your mom aren't that close?"
He guessed right I nodded and yawned
"Me and my dad aren't close, so you aren't alone," He tells me
I sighed and rubbed my eyes, I was tired of everything by now
"What about your dad? Does he live with you?" He asked
"Not anymore, my mom made me move out here, away from him, just so she could have men over, it's gross, I have to hear That at night, and sometimes those men, they try to get with me" I mentally gagged
"I would say your welcomed over to my house but I don't want you to hear my dad yelling every now and then," Jonah tells me
Jonah sat next to me and gave me the coffee
"Today is Wednesday right?" I asked "Yes ma'am"
I sighed and drank my coffee
The rain kept falling, it was making me tired
Time skip
I ended up going back to school that same day let me just say, Today wasn't the day for anyone
People walked down the hall looking like zombies
And suddenly, someone pushed me, causing me to fall
I got mad but I had to keep my cool
I look up and see some random girl giving me the dirtiest look possible
I stand up and gave her the same look
"What the fuck was that for?" I asked annoyed
"Who the fuck do you think you are talking to me like that?" She sassed
"Excuse you, your the one who pushed me dumbass"
I noticed I said that a little too loud because everyone suddenly turned to us
She gasped and crossed her arms
"What's happening here?" Zach asked coming up to us
"Zach, stay out of it," She said
"Shut up Kimberly" Zach turned to me and sighed
"Don't pay attention to her, she's trouble," he said and dragged me away from her
"She pushed me," I tell him "Probably out of jealousy," He says
"Why is she jealous?" I asked
"Haven't you noticed, every single boy is talking about you, your literally the prettiest girl in our school right now, before you it was Kimberly, that's why she's jealous, " Zach said
"Pretty?" I asked
"Yes, your actually very beautiful, all the girls are so mad" Zach chuckled
"I'm confused, why would they be jealous that I'm " the prettiest girl" in the school?" I asked
"There is this challenge that happens every year, the girls have to get as many numbers from boys as possible to win the big prize, which is going to Vancouver for two weeks, and you can choose someone to go with you," He tells me
"Sounds fun, but I don't want to get every number from every boy"
"No, they will put it in a box, the paper will have your name in it, the teacher's count them and they decide who the winner is," He says
I nodded and turned to him
"Well, thanks for saving me from Kimberly, I'll see you around, okay?"
