.ferris wheel part three.

It was now your groups turn daniel and zach were in front so they got the seat of the ferris wheel first. "Okay next!" The 18 year old worker yelled over the music that was playing. "Yoooo" zach and corybn cheer jumping in the first seat. You could faintly hear the worker explaining the seat to corybn and zach they both had the goofiest smiles on making you smile pulling out your phone zooming in on Instagram story filming them zach noticed pointing at the camera then pulled a ugly face making corybn laugh even harder and so did you "oh my god" jonah mumbles shaking his head and looking down with a breath. You look over to see that lily kept laughing extra loud and touching Daniel on the shoulder in a obvious flitting way. You roll your eyes and lightly bump jonah's arm, "hey what's up" "nah I just knew she would be like that" "I wouldn't worry about her tbh, did you even know her favorite color?" Jonah looked at you shocked but then he couldn't help but laugh "in all honesty....nah and I honestly dont really want to"

"oh" you went to ask jonah what he meant by that but next thing she heard "next!" Yelled at you and jonah."ooff okay" jonah replied raising his hands up out of his hoodie front pockets the worker just rolled his eyes. Jonah to your surprise offered you the seat first looking at him confused "come on" he slightly laughed shuffling you in and then sitting next to you. It was a tight fit  "Okay the lach is gonna click down then lock. Just hold on to the bar but do not try to lift it okay?" "Yes sir" you reply in a British accent once again you thought jonah would judge that and be annoyed at you like he normally was, but he laughed you started to feel really strange about it. "Haha funny" the worker replied blankly then stepped back and pressed a button then the bar came down and locked. The chair started to go forward and left up.

You could just see lily and Daniel down by a stand laughing non stop they must be really hitting it off Daniel was showing her something on his phone, you decide to actually try and talk to jonah sense you were both stuck up here for a bit. "Soooooooo" "huh?" "What's up?" "The sky." He replied not even paying attention to you he was looking down and Daniel and lily aswell "look I know you hate me for some reason and I wanna know why  we dont have to be friends or anything I would just appreciate the main reason on you hating me" you and jonah just looked at eachother at this point the ride had stopped for the first out of three times, so you two were just stood still. "I do not hate you......I never have. The truth is you.... nah its honesty not a big thing" jonah folded his arms and couldn't look at you. "What do you mean?" You ask looking straight at him. The ride started to move again and jonah was not responding "fine... I dont even know why I try you obviously dont care on even trying to be friends. You dont know one single thing about me,you probably never even listen to me" you say looking down at the fairs lights from the stalls you were trying not to cry so looking down was how you distracted yourself.

"Jean blue" you snap up and look at jonah who was still looking down arms folded, "jean blue is your favorite color and your favorite band is the last shadow puppets your favorite song from them is sweet dreams TN, you hate sea food but love sushi, you have a fair off being forgotten and your favorite time of the day is twilight" it went silent as the seat stopped for the second time. "You once drowned in Florida on a family vacation. You have broken two bones,you have a small tattoo of a butterfly on your right shoulder. And you have been heart broken" "jonah" is all you could say you were just looking at this different person you felt warm all over noticing all the small details you had never noticed before. You worked your eyes up to meet his and then the chair was coming too its second stop which makes you and jonah perfectly on the top of the wheel. You were both silent looking at eachother the only sound you could hear was the creek of the ferris wheel seat as it came to a stop at the top.

" I ne-never known that your knew anything like that" you said shakily pulling piece of your hair behind you ear because the wind was blowing your hair in your eyes making it hard to see "I thought you never ever paid attention to me" "well obviously now you know I do listen" "but you always avoid me at all coast bring annoying girls to everything we do so you dont have to talk to me and yo-" "look I know
It looks weird that I do know all that and it's hard because I know you think I hate you and the reason why I keep letting you think that is because it's easier" "easier? What do you mean by that" he looked at you and locked eyes you went to ask him again and the chair started moving again traveling to the next stop. "Jonah please answer me" "fine!" He quickly snapped "it's easier to let you hate me because I dont want you to be heart broken by me, I know if we became anything more then what we are now I will end up breaking your heart.. and that would kill me" "jonah dont you understand there is no need for us to hate eachother or avoid eachother because honestly you make me laugh I hate to admit that but even when I try not to you make me laugh, I want to be you friend honestly I get jealous alot and I dont know why bu-" "I get so jealous with you it drives me insane why do you think I always bring tinder dates to the house and to outings I want you to feel what I feel when I see you and Daniel flirt" "jonah" you sigh you grab his hand which was now resting on the bar and sqease it lightly.

It was a completely different feeling between you two now it was silent and you felt jonah grabbed your hand tighter, you were about to day something about it and then you felt jonah's lips on yours. you just melted into it it was like you didnt relies you needed it till it finally happens. The kiss depended and jonah pulled away your faces so close still you noses touched. "I'm sorry" jonah said slowly through his breathing "no dont be" you reply leaning in and jonah smashes his lips on yours again. You two felt like it was only both of you on the ride alone. Jonah had his hand now on your cheek and holding your neck making the kiss heavier and stronger. The ride came to a stop at the third and last stop and you broke the kiss again "I want us to not be like what we are anymore...I wanna try and be more" jonah says smiling "I want to aswell maybe we should try" he still hand his hand resting where it was during the kiss and you two were just staring at eachother not looking away until the ride started to move to the stop to get off. You looked down eady to  noticing that zach and corybn had just got off and you look out more and saw that lily and Daniel had gone. "I dont think anyone saw" you say getting ready to get off "yeah I dont think maybe we can keep it between us" you smile and nod then the chair stopped locking in the stop. "Okay thank you for coming have a good evening" the 18 year old rolled his eye chewing his gum he opened the bar and you and jonah stand up and walk to the stairs to zach and corybn. Jonah's hand lightly bumped your hand making you blush he giggled "remember I dont think they saw" jonah bent down to your left ear "yeah I think so" you said finally catching up to zach and corybn whole were both standing waiting.

You and jonah reached them and tried to act normally after the heated kiss you both shared corybn put his phone away and smiled zach turned his phone off aswell "right I order some uber eats and Daniel said sorry but lily invited him to a party at her mates so he left" "you sound annoyed" you reply "yeah I would gave liked a invit tbh" zach replied lightly kicking the ground. The group that were left walked back to the van which was about a 15 minute walk through the boardwalk. Once reaching the car corybn offers to drive and zach calls shot gun making you and jonah getting the whole back "actually I will sit in the middle" zach turns and Hope's on the back "yeah so the live birds can share the back" corybn laughs from the drivers seat "wait you know" you say embarrassed from the window seat as jonah was hoping in ans sat down next to you "wait you saw us?" Jonah asked shocked "yeah!! And about time if you ask me" zach laughed corybn started the car and started to leave "yeah we all know you too practically love eachother but wojtek admit it" corybn says "oh my god" you sign and then laugh making everyone laugh. "I guess they saw" jonah laughed with you.
