It has been around 4 weeks since you and Daniel had broken up, well he broke up with you again you two had been on and off more times then you could count since meeting eachother around two years ago through your mutual friend jonah.
Everyone around you both hated your relationship and ened up finding it toxic but you and him had a certain connection that no one understood and no matter how many time you both wanted to move on you never could, all you wanted was him and all he wanted was you.

"Okay we are gonna stick together and if you see Daniel promise me you just stay away" jonah tells you as you both pull up to there promotional party to celebrate there album release. "God wow I would have never guessed you would say that, it's kinda hard when your in a band with him and its YOUR bands promotional party, it's not gonna be that easy you know?" you roll your eyes "well all I'm saying is we are gonna try I'm gonna help you okay your my plus one and you need to chill and have a good time" you glare at jonah who laughs as the car parks you go to get out and jonah runs and opens the door for you closing it linking arms with you. Jonah was in a black button up top nice pants and dress shoes that cost more then your rent, you were wearing and short but not to short red silk dress with spaghetti straps and nude heels and your hair was lose waves going down your back near your tail bone. Red lips to match.

"Omg there is so many people here!" You shout over the live DJ in to jonah's ear still having to go on your tippy toes "yeah I know it awsome! Hey want a drink" he asked linking his arm with your going to the bar. You, jonah, corybn and Daniel were the only legal ones to drink in the group but that didnt stop jack and zach sneaking drinks. You both reach the bar and gets a drink, it was so crazy people in suits everywhere photographers and people drinking talking and dancing there had to be around 100 maybe more and it had only just started.
As you got your drink a man came up to speak to jonah and then corybn comes up giving you a hug then joining in the convo with jonah leaving you standing there awkwardly waiting for him to leave. you spot jack and zach up on the DJ stand they smile and wave to you, you do the same watching them as they annoy the dj playing in with all his electronics.

"soooo who's this?" the older man asked pulling the attention to you, you smile "hi I'm y/n" putting your hand out to shake but he grabs your hand kissing it, jonah saw how weird out you were by that action he butt in "y/n is my plus one this is her first big event" jonah says taking a sip of his glass "well with how these amazing boys are going there will been many more, well I'm gonna make my way around the room have a good one" he smiled at us then made his way through you jonah and corybn " that was david Brooke's he was on of the album cover concept mangers" corybn whispered to you "yeah he seemed important" you laughed. "Let me tell you he is one unique character" corybn laughed "Let's go sit down and enjoy these drinks it's open bar" jonah winked making you laugh and blush " I'm gonna go check on christina she went to the bathroom" corybn says walking off smiling "sweet as" "that's cool" he walks off and then you link arms with jonah this time leading him to the out door couches to sit and relax.you had not seen Daniel yet and it was staring to make you feel less anxious. Jonah was really helping you forget.

After around 30 minutes of chilling with jonah you two had gone back and forth to the open bar and now you two were both feeling quite tipsy and were both laughing so hard at the older people around 30 and late 30 year olds making out on the dance floor "now tell me why there are older people here! And grinding on eachother!" You laugh touching jonah's upper arm to stop you from falling back
" I honestly could tell you! But fuck man it's one hell of a sigh!" He laughed taking a sip of his drink making him laugh it back in his face You burst out laughing again and fall back in to his arm You both stop and lock eyes as he holds you lighty it is like it went silent and it was like it was only you and him, in that moment you had completely forgotten about dani, you and jonah were so relaxed and your faces were so close he was leaning in which made you lean in when you both feel a shadow over you "well well look what the cat dragged in" you look up and see Daniel in a all black suit with his blonde hair messy and his top buttons of his shirt undone revealing his chest slightly.

You move from jonah fixing your dress and avoiding eye contact as he looks down on you "wow red that's a fucking statement dolly (that was his nickname for you and hearing him say that agian was gutted renching) you always looked fucking hot in red so I'm not surprised you decided to wear this" he sat down flicking the bottom of you dress that stopped at your thigh. You pulled it away from him and bucked up some courage "yeah I wanted to feel good since you stop making me feel good and actually jonah picked it out so if that's all you want fuck off" "oh now I notice you two are matching" point to jonah's red pocket straf laughing he smirked getting up "well my date is waiting have a good night jonah" Daniel winked and cheered his drink and walked off. "He brought a date what the hell" "heyyyy dont worry about him" jonah grabs your hand tight seeing you start to shake in anger,you look around and then lock eyes with Daniel standing with a red head girl in a black dress laughing by the outdoor mini bar he noticed you looking and lent in to her ear and neck keeping eye contact with you and kissed her neck then played with her short red hair and went back to there conversation. At that moment you heart snuck you put your drink down and speed walked off to the closes bathroom hearing jonah call out behind you.

Once you got to the bathroom you shut the door and slid down the wall trying to hold back tears next thing you heard was a soft knock and a warm kind voice "hey y/n it's me jonah please let me in" you could stand he knocked again "please you trust me dont you please I wanna talk to you....i have a idea" at that moment your head popped up standing up you open the door letting him in "here i will lock this" he said as you lent back on the sink and jonah locked the door leaning against it. "Soooo what's the idea" you ask "pets make him jealous" he smirked "really!" You replied with excitement turning to look in the mirror. "Yeah come on I know you have a little evil brain at times y/n" jonah laughed hugging you from behind "look all we need to do is be all over eachother and he wont be able to handle it got it?" You smirk at jonah in the mirror "see I knew you would like the idea, come on" he say grabbing your hand to lead you out "wiat!" You scruff up jonah's chocolate brown hair "it looks like we hooked up" "exactly!" He smirked and you both walk out holding hands and make your way to the bar. "Hey 8 shots of the best tequila" you asked the bartender.
