It was a quiet  late summer afternoon and your brother corybn has invited you to come to the dinner and a night at the local boardwalk with him and his band mates. It was the second to last free weekend for a while and already next weekend there is a beach party planned to celebrate before they go over to Europe for a couple months, You loved corybns friends and have ever since he become a band with them. You get on so great with all of them except jonah. You and him have always clashed and you have always had feeling like he hated you,he always knows how to get at you and annoy you from getting in your personal space, always having a comeback to something you are talking about, making jokes at you that are not funny and so much more. Corybn has told him many times to back off when you hang out with together but jonah never listens. You already know he was gonna ruin this night for you because he always does, you cant count how many times you have come back from a hanging with them and cried. jonah was coming along tonight which you were not looking forward to but you had already talked to dani about it and you are just gonna stick with him tonight and jack is bringing gabi and lavender along so you will try and stick with everyone else and avoid jonah.

you were now sitting at the kitchen island of your apartment eating some pineapple pieces and scrolling on your phone slightly swaying back and forth on the spinning chair waiting for the boys to pick you up.

You had on just a plan black play suit and Nike air forces on and you long blonde hair that went all the way down your back just left naturally wavy. And you had some simple glossy summer makeup on because it was way to warm for full face makeup.
It was now 4:37 and you got a text from Daniel that they were outside now smiling you grab you over the should little bag and walk down to the van that was waiting outside. You grip the strap of you bag that was sitting across your body tightly already nervous about jonah and what he will say to already make you feel like shit. You approached the van door that was open and you smile and hope in. This was a 7 seater van that yous always traveled around in two seat in the front two in the middle and three in the back, jack and gabi where meeting us there in there own car and Corbyn was driving, Daniel was in the front and zach and jonah were spreed out in the 3 seater in the back so you got the middle to yourself. You hope in and everyone says hey to you apart from jonah, he didnt even look up from his phone he didnt have head phones on so he heard you say hello. You rolled your eyes you dont know why you thought he would reply.

"Right time to hit the road jack texted me saying they are nearly at the diner" daniel says from the front seat hold up his phone "yep I'm so hungry aye" you reply and with that yous make your way to the boardwalk where you were all meeting for dinner.

.5:35pm.

You where now parked and walking up to the diner jack and gabi were already there and got us a booth to fit all of us. you get closer you can see them at the window laughing and playing with lavender making you giggle "I'm so excited to go on the rides" zach says "I'm so excited to eat" corybn response rubbing his belly "i agree" you respond corybn stopped and gave you a huge high five. we get to the diner and jonah holds the door open for everyone to walk in you go to reply to zach again and then you hit the door and see everyone laughing and walking into  the booth "I guess jonah's humor is letting everyone in the door apart from me funny" you say sitting down next to Daniel and Corbyn "yepppp" jonah replied looking at the menu you rolled your eyes and did the same picking what you were gonna eat.

the waitress comes up  she was a girl around your age (21ish) and had short brown hair and olive skin "hey my name is sky and I will be your waitress tonight what are we all having to drink?" "I will have a fanta" jack says "oh same" Daniel replys "just coke please" you smile "water thank you"corybn smiles putting down the menu "yeah just a coke please"zach reasoned the waitress smiled writing it all down "and you" she asked jonah "uhhhhh the thing is I'm confused" "on what" she giggle "there isnt somthing on the menu I want" "hmmm what's that" she genuinely looked concerned "you" jonah responded everyone laughed and so did the waitress everyone thought it was funny except you who just looked at jonah like he was the most cringeworthy person you have ever meet. "Oh well maybe I will talk to the chief about making that happen" she winked and turned but then turned back re asking his order "I will just have a coffee thank you" jonah says smirking she nodded and walked away. You were just staring at jonah "that was so smooth bro" daniel butts in giving jonah a high five "yeah this man" jack says shaking his head looking so proud of what just happened.

Everyone had ordered and now were just chatting and laughing gabi was feeding lavender her own food and then the waitress start bringing our drinks over you thanked her as she handed your drink and watching the glass you notice at the corner of your eye jonah wink at her as she passed his drink making her blushed. You wanted to throw up right there. It was about 10 minutes later everyone's food came out you just got a cheese pizza as you started to eat you notice jonah texting no stop on his phone "heyyyyyy" you snapped out of staring at jonah's phone and look up and standing behind the booth was a girl with long brown hair and bright green eyes she was were shorts and a tiny shirt showing her skinny frame making you feeling bad and you adjusted your playsuit and play with your straw in your drink.

Jonah gets up and hugs her right of course another date. He always has a new date you wonder if he is ever just gonna stick with one girl or not.
you get a bump on your arm making you snap out of your thoughts and look up "hey are you okay you not your usual self" daniel asked "yeah... yeah I'm okay I'm just chilling" "are you sure because I can take you home if you arent feeling the best" "nah I'm okay!" You respond with a giggle making daniel laugh "I'm lily by the way" the girl interrups the conversation still standing outside the booth awkwardly "hey" "yoooo" "nice to meet you" and then you respond with a nod jonah noticed still kinda hugging her and whispered to her somthing and she looked at you and giggled slightly. "Right should we finally hit those rides!!" Daniel playfully hit the table and everyone agrees and leaves the diner.
