You and Demi have been seeing each other for quite a while now. And you feel like it's time to take things to the next level. Today you were meeting Demi after she got out of school. She got out of work and you waited for her outside. 'Awe thanks mom for picking me up from school!' You laughed and shook your head. "Come here babygirl." You hugged and kissed her. 'Mmmmm I've been waiting all day for you...' "me too." Demi could tell you were.....holding something back. 'What is it?' "What?" 'Don't What me! What's going on in that big beautiful brain of yours?' "Can I be honest?" 'Absolutely.' "I really want to take this to the next level....." 'Okay.....like what level?' "I want to tell Shawn we're together." 'Oh....' "is that okay? Or is it too early?" 'No I think it's great! We should totally tell him.' "Okay! Awesome! Meet me at my place?" 'Will Do!' "Okay! See you then!" You got in your car and started to drive home....
Demi's POV
Y/n drove off. You were semi disappointed. You really thought that y/n was going to say....the L word. But he/she didn't. You were kinda bummed out. 'We've been dating for months now! Does she even love me? Maybe this is a waste of time....I love her/him....but what do I do?' You thought. You decided to call your best friend Matthew. 'Hey Demi! How are you?' "I'm okay...." 'Okay girl...spill it.' You told him about everything that just happened. 'Mmm I see...just tell her how you feel! I'm sure he/she loves you.' "But what if y/n doesn't?! What do I do?!" 'Look you need to calm down. I've seen you two together. You guys have such a connection! Just tell y/n....and be honest!' "Okay Okay.....maybe I am overreacting." 'Yes! You are! Now go out there and get your man/girl!' "Thanks Matt you're the best!" 'I know!' You went home changed and headed to y/n's house.
Y/N POV
You got home changed and went to check on Shawn. You knocked on his door. "Hey Shawn?!" 'Yes mom/dad.' "Can I Come in?" 'Yeah.' You walked in and sat on the edge of his bed. "Hey buddy....look I've got something to tell you." 'What is it?' "You're gonna meet someone very special to me and I want you on your best behavior okay?" 'Okay.' "I really think your gonna like them." 'Okay.' "Hey." You pinched his cheeks. "You'll always be my number one." You winked at him. He laughed. "Love you bud....now wash up! Company will be over soon." 'Okay mom/dad.' You went downstairs and made dinner. There was a knock at the door. You ran over and threw off your apron. You opened the door. "Demi! Hey!" You hugged. 'Hey y/n!' "Come in!" She walked in. 'Mmmmm something smells good!' "Beef stroganoff. Shawn's favorite." 'Sounds yummy....where is that boy?' "Well....here goes...." you called out for Shawn. "Shawn! Company's here! Come down here please!" He ran downstairs and turned to you guys. "Shawn.....this is my special friend." 'Ms. Lovato!' 'Hey Shawn!' 'Mom/dad! Is Ms. Lovato your girlfriend?!' You grabbed her hand. "Yes....yes she is." 'Yay!' He ran over and hugged Demi. You smiled. "I'm so glad you approve Shawn." 'This is awesome!' "Okay bud wash your hands! It's time for dinner." 'Okay!' He ran upstairs. Demi laughed. 'That went better than I expected.' "Yeah! That's a relief." You guys locked eyes. 'Y/n.....' "Look Demi.....before you start....there's something I have to say...." 'Okay....' "I've been wanting to say this for some time now...I just didn't know when the time was right..." Demi grabbed your hand. 'Go ahead....I'm here.' "It's tough for me to say this.....and I hope it's not too late....but...I love you." Demi smiled and teared up. 'I love you so much! I've been waiting to here you say that!' You hugged her and kissed her. "Feels so good to say....I love you! I just want to scream it!" You guys laughed. Shawn came back downstairs. Everyone sat at the table and ate dinner.......
