Downfall (Anakin Skywalker x Reader)

Anakin's pov 

As I waited for (y/n) to come to make her presents. I looked around as the Jedi masters were waiting for the Jedi master herself but she finally came in and she looked worried. I wonder what she was thinking. But I could see the disappointment on Master Windu's face. I was worried also, did he find out that (y/n) and I killed Count Dooku but then I realized there was no one there to witness what the chancellor witness. Then (y/n) started to say " Why was I brought in this meeting."  I looked at her worried and she looked at me worried. Master Windu said, " (y/n) and Anakin we have a new mission for you and it's to end the war with the separatists." (y/n) and I looked at Master Windu with a surprising look on our faces and (y/n) continued " why do you look disappointed Master Windu." I looked at her worried about the answer from Master Windu. I looked at Obi-Wan and shrugged. It was a long pause but then Master Windu replied: "you let General Grievous getaway." 

(y/n) looked fired up and said, "But Master Windu, you never said anything about the General or even mentioned him to me and you only told me to rescue the chancellor." 

I shook my head and sighed with (y/n) talking back to a Master. Master Windu also said, "only you and Master (y/n) are going into the mission." 

(y/n) pov 

When Master Windu said I was going on a mission with Anakin, I was excited but not excited at the same time I just want this war to end once and for all.

             So I went back into my room and got supplies ready and down the hall, I heard voices. It almost sounded like Padme and Anakin. So walked down the hallway to see closely and they were kissing, I felt it with the force. I ran down to Padme and Anakin and I startled both of them and asked: "Do you love each other?" Anakin tried to avoid my eye contact and Padme smiling at me mouthing "Yes we do." I hugged them both and happiness came out of me. Anakin looked at me awkwardly and said " No one is allowed to find out about our marriage. I looked at them and said, " Are you guys sure about this?" Anakin looked at me and nodded also Padme did too. 

I ran back waving goodbye to them and got ready for the mission and got the ship loaded and Anakin hopped on and said: " Are you ready for this?" 

"If I wasn't ready then I wouldn't be on a mission or Jedi Master." I snapped as he looked at me and rolled his eyes. As I sent the code for the planet Utapau. Because Obi-wan told me before I got on to the ship.
