The birthday of the third Pandav finally arrived. Everyone got busy in preparation for the evening celebration, a stage had been conducted where dramas, dances and music would be performed by professional royal artists as well as by the royal family members
Arjun got up as usual on brahma muhurta and did his daily practice He worshiped his aradhya, lord Shiva along with Krishna.
"Shubh Janamdin Paarth... " Krishna hugged Arjun tightly
"Madhav it's the third time you're wishing me! " Arjun shook his head and laughed
"After you get back to your wives, they won't leave you even for a moment and I won't get to wish you anymore so.... " Krishna winked
"Even if my wives let me go yours won't, they're obsessed with you... How do you even manage ? " Arjun asked with a mischievous smirk
"Manage what? My wives? "
"Yeah... Give me some tips, after all you're expert in such matters..." He continued "This is the first time my four wives will be together and I've to be very careful, I don't want to hurt anyone" Arjun said in a fake serious tone
"I don't manage them, I just love them... And you will do just fine, because you love them all... Just a bit obsessed with Sakhi"
"That's probably because she is my first love and I only get a limited time to spend with her...." Arjun smiled
"Make her happy Paarth, make yourself happy and enjoy, who knows what is waiting for us in future" Krishna's voice made Arjun's heart skip a bit
"What do you mean Madhav? Haven't we defeated all our enemies and moreover after this Rajsuya yajna jyeshtha would be the emperor and she will be the empress, who can hurt her? " Arjun asked in a desperate voice and in pure confusion
"Don't take my words like that, I just said after some days we will go back to our normal life, get busy with our royal duties" Krishna's smile didn't assure Arjun at all, He could tell Krishna was hiding something but he didn't ask him anything

"Where have you two been? Arjun you do realise that's it's your birthday we are celebrating right? " Satyabhama asked crossing her arms over her chest
"Arya you know we came here for a short time, and you couldn't even spend this special day with us? " Chitrangada expressed her hurt
Arjun cleared his throat looked at Ulupi whose face revealed her feelings weren't any different than Chitrangada's
Before Arjun could reply Kunti came in with Kirti in her hands. She handed him to Krishna and told Arjun "Phalgun, Chitrangada is right... How could you be so irresponsible?" She pulled his ear making him whined, then turned to Chitrangada
"Putri forgive him, he and Kanha always do that, we are used to by now... Anyways, you and Ulupi should go and get ready fast... I've sent your lehenga and jewelry in your tents. The guests will arrive soon"
Chitrangada, Ulupi both smiled at Kunti and left glancing at Arjun who let out a breath if relief
"Thank you Mata!"
"You ruined the fun" Bheem said disappointingly and left
"What you and Kanha did was wrong! Arjun you owe your apology to your wives! Arjun, Kanha go and have lunch... Draupadi and Subhadra are there to serve you"
