Clarifying a couple of things,
(Apologies for the ranting,)
• I was not the DM in this story. I was a player. Specifically the fish lady. Some story,
Azure,
She is my first ever d&d character and is my absolute favorite. Her charisma may be low, but her motherly instinct makes up for it. Sadly though, she died in the campaign. The worst part was that she was the only healer and we were "nearing" the end (We were at level 3 in a level 5 campaign).
I'm still salty. But happy? She died a nice way. Risking her life while saving her fellow companions.
Azure was replaced by a noble elf druid, Thelamin. Wasn't very liked by the other players, but I just tried out her personality. Personally I'd say she has gotten better and character development was put in.
Not quite sure though (She's being bullied, we call her The-Lamin)
• Missing characters,
1) There's my new character Thelamin.
2) Lumorim, a Goliath barbarian that died earlier on (was replaced by Sairina)
3) Brimin, a half-orc paladin (Didn't attend)
• Main point,
The best part about this session was probably getting to kill our first dragon. The excitement and fear you feel as a player. The interest and curiosity the DM brings. It's great.
We even got to meet a dragon in the actual campaign (it gets more scary there). It got scarier mostly due to the constant fear of your character dying. Mind you I just made Thelamin at that point, losing another one right after is just, ouch. But I didn't! None of us did! It was scarily fun!

This was made for a "fan fiction competition" which was hosted on amino and was a pretty exclusive thing (for the smaller communities)
• Related content,
If possible I'll probably write more stories from my campaign OR make another story in the same universe (maybe an x reader, maybe not >_>)
And if this content was enjoyable or had mistakes, I would love some tips and advise. I'm very inexperienced in this and I kinda wanna improve.
