Nagising kaming apat dahil sa pagbukas ng ilaw sa kwarto.
"Bangon na kayo mga nak", Tita Elle said. "Pupunta daw tayo sa dagat".
I checked my watch. It is 4:30 in the morning. Pumasok si papa sa kwarto.
"Mga bata! Wake up, we are going to the Boracay today", papa said.
Tila bat nagising ang aking buong katawan as I heard that word.
"BORACAY PAAA?!!", I shouted.
Lumaki ang aking mga mata at ang ngiti'y abot tenga. Bigla akong nagising sa sinabi ni Papa. Is it for real? Tanong ko sa sarili ko.
"Yes, we are going to the Boracay", papa answered me back. Then they went outside together with Tita Elle. "Baba na kayo! Breakfast is ready", papa added.
Bumangon ako and tried to gisingin ulit sina Geneve, Kirt, at Kviin. Mukhang antok pa sila. Yinugyog ko sila one by one. And said to them "We are going to Boracay" multiple times.
Hindi sila nakatiis at bumangon na rin sila. We ,ofcourse, fixed the bed and brush our teeth before going to eat. Mama and Papa is also in the house. And after few minutes, Geneve's parents arrived.
It looks like this trip will be a family outing. Our parents grilled and cooked foods for the outing while us (me, Geneve, Kirt and Kviin) prepare those beach equipments.
Everyone are busy preparing for the unexpected outing. The whole squad with our parents will create lot of bonds today.
We started the trip. Nakisakay si Kirt sa kotse nina Geneve. While the rest, sa van nila tito Alhjohn. It took 4 hours bago kami nakarating sa Boracay.
When we arrived, I immediately went outside. Apakasaya ko when I saw the white sand and blue sea. I take a deep breath. Yes finally! Fresh Air.
Boracay is known to be a very popular beach resort in Philippines. Since I was a kid, i dreamt of going to spend my vacation here together with mama and papa.
"Ganito pala ang Boracay. Pa angganda", i uttered to papa while being amazed by the view.
Papa smiled at me. Inakbayan niya ako at tinawag sina tita, tito (parents nina Geneve at nung kambals). We went to a white cottage infront of the breezing beach.
Titos and titas unpacked things. They organized everything they will use. Tito Alhjohn unloaded the griller from the van. The griller will be our cooking machins for a while. Tita Elle reheated the foods they cooked. And Tita Neve (Mama ni Geneve) grilled fishes she bought on the road.
While our parents preparing for lunch, me and the three went to change our clothes. Sinuot namin ang kaniya-kaniya naming swimming clothes. Although, parepareho kami ng swimwear. Yung jacket na manipis, kulay pink lang sakin.
Author's Note: Yung jacket ng mga swimmers, yun yung suot nila. Basta alam niyo na yon.
As usual, kulay orange nanaman kay Geneve. Whole black kay Kirt at white naman kay Kviin.
We went back to the cottage. Nung nakarating na kami, lunch is already prepared. So and then we eat.
