Chapter 4

Back at the Temple, Master Anakin Skywalker paced back and forth waiting to hear word from Master Obi-Wan Kenobi. He had lost his Padawan, no surprise there. Master Kenobi was checking the Dock reports to see if Ahsoka had taken any cruiser.

                Master Kenobi walked to Anakin’s quarters and opened the door. Inside, he found his old Padawan pacing the floors.

                “Anakin,” he said and Anakin looked up, expectantly. Master Kenobi’s arms were crossed and he had the Dock reports in one hand.

                “What did you find?”

                “She’s on Naboo, apparently. And she’s with Senator Amidala.” Anakin’s mouth dropped open. His Padawan and secret wife in the same place… it wasn’t that out of the ordinary. The two did have a good meeting and seemed to be getting along fine.

                “Well we need to go. I’ll prepare the ship.”

                “Wait Anakin.”

                “What?” Anakin complained.

                “Let’s talk about keeping track of our Padawans, shall we?” Anakin groaned.

                “Spare me the death wish. We need to make sure they’re okay. You can scold me when we get back here.” Master Kenobi rolled his eyes but followed his old Padawan to the Docks to find a ship.
