I'm Bored (A Ward Imagine)

Huffing as I stand up from the edge of my bed, I walk into the bathroom. I brush my teeth and rinse out my mouth with mouth wash. I put on my robe and make my way to the kitchen. I fry an egg on a pan and my boyfriend, Tyler, wraps his arms around me and presses a kiss along my neck.

"Good morning, baby." "Good morning," I say with a sigh. "Hey, what's wrong?" "I just.. feel like something is missing from my life," "Like what, a pet? Because I was thinking about getting us a cute little puppy. How about a-" "no, that's not it." "I think it's time for some change," "Change? What kind of change?"

"Change from you, this apartment, this town.. everything. I want change." He pulls away from me and pulls on my shoulder so I am looking at him. "You want to break up with me?" "Yes, I do actually. I'm thinking about leaving tonight." "How... can you be so-" "Cold? Believe me, you're not the first person to call me that." I say with a chuckle.

The next thing I knew, I heard the door slam shut and I was all alone in the apartment. I take the egg off of the stove and started frying some bacon. I take my laptop and put it on the counter. "Hm, let's see what Ward is doing,"

"Hello, hello, hello," I greet as I walk into Ward's warehouse after temporarily taking out his 'security'. "What the hell?" A man says as he aims his gun at me. "I would stand down if I were you, I just want to know where your boss is." I state. He tried to shoot me, but I deflect it with my mini ice shields on my hands.

I slide up the stairs and grab the man's throat as I lift him off the ground. I slowly started to freeze him from the inside out and he started to scream in agony. "I think they get the point now, put him down." Ward commands. I let the man drop and slowly thaw out.

"What are you doing here, Y/N? Aren't you suppose to be on the Miami beach right about now?" He says as he loads his gun. "Oh I was, but then I got bored." "And so you tracked me down.. why?" "Because you are possibly the only man on this planet that I don't get bored of," "Well you probably chose the most worst timing to have some fun with me,"

"If your goal was to intrigue me, consider it achieved." "Believe me, you don't want to be apart of this," His jaw tenses as he continued to load the guns. His mind was beginning to drift. "Hey," I say as I place my hand over his. His movements stop for a moment and he sighs deeply. His head drops for a second and I add, "What happened?"

His auburn eyes were glazed over and his pupils narrows. "Tell me," I whisper. He yanks his hand away from me and says, "You need to get out of here," "Ward," "Now!" He yells, making me wince. "I'm not going to leave you, not when you need me." "When I needed you, you weren't there!"

"I didn't get any call from you,Ward. If I did, then I would have came to you in a heartbeat," "I'm not an enhanced, I can't read minds." I add. "They can't see my weakness," He whispers to me. "Then let's talk about it somewhere else," "After," "After what?" "After I kill Agent Coulson,"
