This one was a no-brainer personally, cannibal yee-haw Boi is a man-eating beast. The scorpion tail was based off the stripped bark scorpion, I wanted to add a bit of a Texas inhabiting species of scorpion and I thought that one was the winner. He can't fly with them big ass wings because they're somewhat smaller than what they should be to keep the Texan in the air (he can glide tho). I kept the concept of two rows of teeth in, the first row all large, sharp, and what not with another row of teeth, very needle-like, in the back. If the first row doesn't get ya, the second row will. I ended up making the face more lion-like over ogre-like but I have given him ogre-like hands. With that, he tries not to walk on all fours a whole lot and switches between walking on four and two legs; you'll see he prefers the latter over the former.
