I had a lot of fun with this one, especially the coloring portion. Why a Homunculus? Well both them and Chucky are essentially small beings that were made by a person (Chucky being transferred into a doll body while the Homunculus was made by an alchemist) and are essentially, as Dungeons and Dragons puts it, constructs. I do find the Homunculus creation process interesting, there are two ways of creating one. One way is a more traditional method; according to Wikipedia, one is created by a putrified sperm being placed in the uterus of a horse for the gestation period of a mink (40 days) and when born needs to be cared for for 40 weeks. The other method is combining clay, ash, maybe Mandrake root, and the blood of the creator. I guess Wizards of the Coast did us a favor by altering the creation process, I can barely imagine the reactions to the traditional way ... But enough rambling.

The painting of the overalls was the biggest pain in the ass in this, making sure I had all the right shades while also the right shapes. But I love how it turned out.

But I love how it turned out
