The Gentle Moth and Vicious Beast

Chapter 1: She Arrives

Stars. Bright and shining stars. They glow so lightly and softly against the black void of the sky of Paradise. Paradise was a land like no other. The cool colors of blue, green, and teal glow softly. Many of the residents of this land were mostly blue and green cactus shapes, their bodies long with 4 circles with dull spikes on them. Dancing side to side, wiggling and smiling without a care in the world. Three other shapes live alongside this land. A ship who wear an eyepatch that sailed the water of Paradise named 'Captain', a copter shape that soar across the sky named 'Heli', and lastly, a light blue square with a tear always in his eyes but still smiles named 'Cube'. They all live happily, thanks to the Treeangle. The Treeangle was a special tree. It contained three triangles that protect the land and stores balance towards the shapes. Its power is strong and strong enough to power or heal anyone. A piece from this tree is enough to give you a power boost. Everyone loved this tree except for one. Far from the islands of Paradise were dark caverns, inside them lived a gray cactus shape with 3 circles around his head. He was judged by the other shapes for being different. He was mistaken as a monster or beast because of what he tried to do.
Long ago, he went up to the Treeangle and tried to take a piece of it, the shapes thought he was using the piece for evil intentions, but he simply wanted to heal his gray color. He wanted to be the same as the others, but they didn't listen and they decided to banish him to the cavern where he remains trapped. He felt alone. Angry. Sadness. He simply wanted someone to understand him for who he is. He wanted friends, he wanted care. He wanted...love...

In Paradise, the residents gather around the Treeangle. This usually means that a new shape is being born or something else is coming. The cactus shapes questioned.
"What's happening?"
"Is it a new shape?"
"Is it something bad?"
A star shined brightly in the sky, the tree followed also, glowing a bright blue. The star started to dash down towards Paradise, the residents watched in awe as the star come towards the tree. The star stopped at the point of the Tree, the Treeangle glee brightly was it gave the star life. The star started to form a crescent shape. The residents awe at the sight of the changing star, their breath was taken away when the crescent star spread a pair of wings. The wings of a moth. The shape was finally formed and was gently placed against the soft grass under the tree. The Sun of the Treeangle appeared, She was the basically the ruler of Paradise, she looked down at the residents and the new shape that was formed. "Residents of Paradise! Please welcome our newest guest and friend, Luna."
The shapes all looked at the newcomer. She was crescent shape, it appeared she also has a pair of moth wings but they're still unfolding as they were still new. The crescent opened her eyes to see the world. The world looked back at her, she simply got up and started to look around her surroundings. Cube came from the crowd of shapes to introduce her. "Hello, Welcome to Paradise." He said to her in a soft kind voice as he held out his hand. She gently took his hand and shakes it. "You are Luna, correct?" The moth looked at him and simply nodded. "Shy, aren't you? That's okay, you'll love it here." He started to take through the crowd of shapes. Each shape waved at her with smiles on their faces. She looked at them and blushed at the sight of everyone welcoming her. The cube took her to the water. It moved so slightly as the waves pass by. "Captain! We have a new resident to Paradise! Come here and introduce yourself!" Suddenly, a boat shape dashed across the waters, causing little splashes of water to go everywhere. "Ahoy there! Who shall I be introducing?" He asked with a positive attitude. Cube smiled as he gently pulls Luna close. "This is Luna. She's a newcomer to Paradise and I'm helping her getting to know everything about it." He stated as the boat nods. "Well now, what are ye waitin for? Come aboard and we'll meet Heli!" Cube took Luna's hand gently, letting her know it's okay. They hopped aboard on Captain and went off to meet Heli.
