I was bored. I mean really bored. Jay had promised me we could go to dinner when he was done writing his report so in the meantime I was playing Mario Kart. But then I got bored. I had a snack, called my friends and lay around watching TV. I'm sure he was almost done anyway so I went up to his office.
He doesn't notice me enter and if he did, he ignored me. I sigh but still no response. He was intently typing away switching between his laptop and the actual computer screen. I shrug and decide to distract him.
I climb through his arm, placing my legs on either side of his legs, effectively straddling him. I wrap my arms around his neck and his arms instinctively wrap around my waist. I place my head on his shoulder and snuggle closer to him.
"What's this for baby?" He asks, his voice groggy. He was obviously tired.
"Cuddles." I mumble back.
He holds me for a few seconds before I feel him roll his chair closer to his desk and he carries on typing away.
"I'm almost done baby, I promise." He kisses my head.
I nod slightly. I go to get up go leave him alone but he locks me in.
"Stay." He mumbles. I grin and carry on cuddling him until he was done.
