I was surprised when I saw my mate ,Nandini entering the court in her tracksuit. I was more surprised when I came to know that she used to play basketball back in Mumbai and she was the best player and the captain too. She even said that my team has many mistakes which are not improved at all although we practiced everyday in our spare time.

After the practice we boys went to our changing room. Dhruv went to his bag and opened his laptop. "What's wrong Dhruv, is everything alright?" I asked him. He just nodded his head. I looked at Cabir who just shrugged and went to have a bath. I again looked at Dhruv who had all his concentration on his laptop screen. After thinking to leave Dhruv to do whatever he's doing I also went to bathe and change.

After a refreshing myself in came out in a towel and went to my locker where I kept by bag. I saw Cabir near his locker which was beside mine. "Hey, Dhruv is still stuck with his laptop. I do know that he loves that laptop of his, but he needs to change fast, that Janitors might come anytime now to lock the rooms", he said while looking at him. Dhruv is an awesome hacker and he best while dealing with such electronic gadgets.

I looked at Cabir and then walked towards Dhruv to take his laptop away from him. "Buddy, leave the laptop now, and go refresh yourself" he again nodded his head while completely ignoring me while staring at his laptop screen. But then he broke into a smile. "Guys, come here look at this" while attracting everyone's attention towards him, "You got to see what I found about our new Asst. Coach."

"I was trying to find her information because when coach said that she used to play basketball before, I thought that I heard her name somewhere, so I searched for it and Bam! Here it is".

My mate sure is talented. And she looks so cute in that uniform. So their team coach was very strict that's how she got her strict attitude from . Interesting!

After all that useful information which I got, I moved out of the college after getting dressed and went to the parking lot. I got in the car and drove it pass the college gate when I saw her, my mate. What is she doing here walking alone. I mindlinked Yash uncle and got to know that he's still in the meeting. What are the teachers still discussing about.

So in honked for her and she looked behind. I asked her to get in the car. She did put me in a dilemma where in would have to explain her about how I communicated to her father, but sadly I had to lie which is something my wolf didn't like to do.

So she sat in the car and the atmosphere was turning to be awkward. So I told of starting a conversation.

"So..." she looked at me. My God she has pretty eyes. "How was your first day in our college". She smiled and said, "It was amazing. It was fun to study photography from a professional. But thanks to Navya, as she was there with me from the start or else I would have been lost today"

I felt like listening to her everyday. "So about basketball, Dhruv searched about you on internet and we found that you won the title of champions back in Mumbai, which is actually amazing." She laughed and said, "That was the best moment of our lives. Our team worked very hard for that title and we knew we could not give up on winning. But I'm shocked to know that you guys searched for my name."

"Dhruv must have heard about you and he searched it up to know whether it you or not. So when they found it, all were shocked" "You were not shocked?" She asked me by raising her right eyebrow, I laughed "I was shocked, but proud too".

"Proud? Why proud?" She was confused. God! Why I did say proud. "Yes, proud. After all, you are my friend right."

"From when did we become friends, Mr Malhotra?" She had those mischievous eyes. "From now Ms. Murthy" saying that I extended my hand to her. She looked at it and smiled and kept her hand on mine. We both felt the sudden current. She tired to retrieve her hand I caught it in time. "Friends?" She smiled, "Friends"

After that we reached at her house, she thanked me and moved out. I stayed there till the time she was inside and when she saw me at the door when waved at me which I also did and then made my way to my house. Today will be a busy day for me in the office.
