Chapter 9

Afterwards I went downstairs. “Dad? Can we go?” “Yes just give me a second.” He came out of the living room and put on his shoes. Dad grabbed the car key and we went outside. “So who are we going to?” He asked when we sat in the car. “We are going to Felix´ place to watch some movies.” I answered. “Oh Felix aha...” My dad looked at me. “And you guys are just friends?” “Dad!” I moaned. “Yes of course!” I replied and smiled. “Well okay okay then.”

We arrived in front of a big house. It looked really modern and fancy. I got out of the car and waved my dad goodbye. Then Julia texted me:

J: I´ll be there soon :)

L: Okay I´ll warm them up ;) <3

Then I ringed the doorbell. It opened and Omar looked at me. “Hey Luigi. How are you?” He gave me a hug. “I'm fine “Mario” thanks.” I replied. “Come in.” We walked through the hallway into the living room where the other boys were waiting. “Hey where is Julia?” OG asked. “She´ll be here in a minute.” I answered. I hugged each of the boys. Felix hugged me just a little bit tighter than the others, but maybe that was just imagination...

“So what movie will we start with?” Oscar went over to a DVD shelf. “Oh what about Transformers?” Omar asked. “Well I like Transformers.” I said. “Really?” Felix looked surprised. “Yes sure. I saw every movie.” “And I love them.” Omar said. “Well then we´ll watch Transformers first.” OG said.

The doorbell ringed. “I´ll go.” I said and went to open it. I heard Felix saying

“I´ll go get some snacks.” I opened the door. “Heyo gurl.” I greeted Julia. “Hey.” She hugged me. “I´m so nervous.” She looked a bit scared. “Don´t worry they are cool!” We walked to the living room. “Guys, this is Julia.” I introduced her. “Hey how are you.” Omar said and waved. “Good thanks.” She said. OG sat on the couch blushing a bit.

 “Guys I could use some help!” We heard Felix. I went to help him. He was standing in front of the fridge taking out some chocolate bars. “How can I help you Mr. S?” I asked. “Well Miss I need you to pop the corn.” He said and turned around. We laughed. I went over to the microwave and put in a bowl with the corn. Suddenly Felix´ arms surrounded me. I was surprised. My heart skipped a beat. I turned around and looked into his deep blue eyes. “I actually wanted to tell you that I really like you yesterday.” He said and took my hand. “Well I may or may not have a crush on you...” I whispered nervous. Felix blushed and said “Good to know...” His face came closer and closer and closer and … BEEEEEEEEEP!! The microwave beeped and I almost fell because I was so shocked. Felix turned away and took a bowl with chips and chocolate bars. Before he left the kitchen he said “If I could build a girl, I´d build her just like you...” Then he left and walked away. I smiled and blushed.
