As soon as Jennie's entered Jisoo's car, tears streaming down her cheeks.

From the side mirror, she could see Lisa stared at her with glassy eyes and pain written all over her face.

The brunette gave Jennie one last look before she entered her car and drove away.

Jisoo witnessed all, but opted to remain silent. She stared at the sobbing woman with an ached heart as she ignited the engine and departed.

The whole ride was blanketed with tension air and awkwardness, accompanied by the soft sound of Jennie sobbing.

“I-I thought we're going to have dinner at the restaurant?” were the first words let out from Jennie after the long ride.

Jisoo didn't utter a word as she kept a stoic expression, she simply opened the door for Jennie.

Currently, they were at the side of the bridge, where they could see the beautiful night view of Seoul.

Both of the women remain mute admiring the view, until Jisoo heard Jennie sobbed again.

Her blood boiled “I gonna beat her nonexistent ass! What did she do to you?!”

Jisoo moved her hands animatedly on the air, but Jennie caught her wrist and bored deep into her eyes.

“Jisoo-ah....she planned to propose to me....b-but I ruined it...I said something that offended her feelings..

“I-I'm so fucked up....I'm sure she won't forgive me...” more tears streamed down Jennie reddish cheek, followed by hiccups.

Soon, Jennie gawked at Jisoo and quickly let go of her wrist.

“I'm so sorry! I shouldn't tell this to you!”

“You fell out of love from me isn't?” interfered Jisoo with a cracked voice, stared at the woman opposite of her with glassy eyes.

Jennie gulped before her gaze fell on the ground.

Jisoo nodded comprehending, smiled bitterly.

“I waited for you for a year.....I was very looking forward to see you and wanted to have you back in my life...

“...but once we meet, you choose to use me to tell about your pitiful quarrel story with your ex-wife!”

Jisoo snapped, while Jennie remained to gaze down in pure guilty.

Suddenly, it turned quiet.

One was in excruciating pain.

While the other one was feeling bad for both Jisoo and Lisa.

‘What kind of person I am?’ Jennie thought in dismay.

“I'm so sorry Jisoo-ah...” started Jennie quietly.

“Do you love her...?” asked Jisoo with a soft voice as if pleading to the woman to say no.

Unfortunately, she said “Yes...I really love her...”

Jisoo's shoulder slouched and her heart sank—she let out a shaky breath.

It subsided into silent once again, only the sound of a busy city and windy air could be heard.

“Jisoo...I've never wanted to fall out of love from you....im so sorry...I am deeply sorry for hurting your heart.

“B-But...I also never wanted to leave Lisa...I need her in my life, Jisoo-ah..

“I-I'm sure...you will find someone who is better than me, someone who's going to love you whole-heartedly and care about you...

“Despite we choose to get back, it will only bring pain to both of us...I hope you can understand that...I can't lie my feelings for you, because I don't want to lead you on anything..”
