Nadine's POV:

I looked up at him and saw that he was staring intently at me while holding me in place. It was a couple of seconds of us just staring into each other's eyes when he cleared his throat, almost as if he was broken out of a trance.

"Let's go we have to get your stuff unpacked."

"Okay."

The rest of the car ride was awkward, and we were too scared to even breathe. I looked out at the scenery passing by and I noticed we were not in the city anymore, and I practically saw a forest. As we pulled up to the massive mansion, in my head I thought nothing less. The place looked like it was made for a bachelor.

We pulled up into the garage and we met the men outside who were taking my stuff inside. I followed them inside of the house, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The polished floors and clear windows, it looked like a house straight from a Disney princess movie. I felt a presence behind me and turned around, and I see James staring at me amused.

"Do you like it?"

"Yes it is quite cozy." I replied timidly.

"I'm glad you think so since this is your new home."

I was still on the edge. Especially after the whole car fiasco and me moving all of a sudden.

"So where's my room?" I asked.

"Ah yes, Linda, my maid, will escort you to your room."

All of a sudden I see a very small but old lady coming towards my way. She had a grandma-like aura around her, which made me soften and relax a little. She then proceeded to smile and introduce herself.

"Hello sweetie, I am Linda, I am JJ's maid and babysitter. I will take you to your room now follow me dear." She said with a smile. I became instantly amused and started to chuckle while James had a small frown on his face. I followed Linda to the top floor and she led me to a room near the end of the hallway. She opened the door and my jaw instantly dropped. It was beautifully decorated and a patio where there's a small table I can sit on. Linda eventually left and I was in the room by myself staring at the boxes I needed to unload.

As I walked around the room I began thinking about how my life ended up at this point. As these thoughts ran in my mind I didn't even realize James was in the room with me. I looked up and he started to come closer so I started to back away a bit. However I was stopped by the wall and once again I was caged between his arms.

"How're you enjoying yourself wifey?"

"Good. Now can you please back up. Some people actually enjoy their personal space."

He got even more closer and I felt myself become weak as his scent was drowning me. He came closer to my ear and whispered,"Dinner will be ready soon," and left. HE LEFT?! WHAT THE HELL!

I was left alone in the room, my heart shaking and my head about to explode. Is this going to be how we meet every time! I got up and went inside of my bathroom and saw that my face was strawberry red. Jesus. I soon washed my face and got ready in my pajamas.

Ok it's only dinner.

Nothing will happen.

Right.
