Malhotra Chains of restaurant's.

A meeting is going on,a person is shouting.

Person:-what the hell is happening,
Malhotra restaurant's were number one in our country, but what is happening now,we are in verge of closing restaurant's,can I know what is happening here.

Person2:- Ram sir Yamini restaurant chains are leading one now,we faced so much loss because of that restaurant chains,Manik sir tried every possible way to take out our restaurant's from loss,but it is failing.
I think we better close our restaurant's.people are prefering Yamini restaurant over us.

Ram:-Mr Mehta did you heard what are you saying,Malhotra restaurant's are Most oldest & successful Restaurant in Mumbai.You want to close it for a restaurant which started just 5 years ago.Where is Manik Malhotra.he should be here in broad meeting where the hell was he.

Manik was sitting lifelessly. Ram looked at him worriedly.

Ram:-Manu what happened why are you like this,you skipped broad meeting you know how much important  it is,you only scheduled it & asked me to come soon but you only missed it.

M:-Nothing happened dadu,Just some past issues.

(Note:-Ram never saw Nandini,only knows her name & she is related to maddy's death).

R:-I told you many times that revenge is not solution for everything, if you loved her you should have given her chance.

M:-dadu I thought of merging Malhotra restaurant's with yamini restaurant, we have only two options.
One we have to close it or merge with them.

Ram:-why do you think they will agree for merging.

M:-Because we will provide them land   which they are trying to buy from so many days.I heard that land is close to Their boss heart,it is under Malhotra properties.

M:-I already took appointment for meeting it is at 2pm.

Nandini is inspecting the restaurant.
Because she visited restaurant after long time. She felt content because her yamini maa's dream come true &

N:-I came here for marriage not for business so no meeting's.

Nan's pa welcomed him & took him to table.

Nan's pa:-sir Mam will be here shortly.

Nandini starting walking to private cabin.As soon Nandini entered Manik looked shocked.he pulled her outside & requested.

M:-Please Nandu not now,I have important meeting.You can do anything with me after meeting.

N:-oh hello what hell are you doing,

Divya slowly pulled manik away from nandini.

Divya:-sir what are you doing, Nandini mam he is the one you are having meeting with & Manik sir this nandini mam our chairperson.

Nandini looked at Manik from head to toe & smirked.

M:-oh shit,means nandu is owner.

Both settled down in table. Manik composed himself & started explaining everything. As soon he completed.Nandini looked at him.

N:-why do you think I will merge with your restaurant which is under huge losses now.

M:-Miss Nandini I will give you land which you wanted buy from long.

Nandini looked at her PA,Divya gulped in fear.

N:-seriously do you really think I will merge it my rival Malhotra restaurant just for land.

Manik smiled nervously, as he heard from Divya that their mam will do anything to get this land.But hearing nandini words he feared.

M:-Miss Nandini if you want something else in return we will give you.

Nandini smirked hearing, he got to the point which she wanted.

N:- i want 10% shares in Malhotra industries.

Manik looked shocked along with Divya.

M:-why do you think I will give 10% shares for you.

N:-you will give it to me Malhotra.

Nandini stood up & made a round around manik & stood behind him & wishphered in manik's ear.

N:-if I didn't agree means you have close your restaurant, which means losing respect in Society.your restaurant is 60 years old one,if it is closed means Malhotra's reputation will be wash out,so you have no choice rather than agreeing to me.

First time Manik Malhotra felt defeated.He was defeated by his own wife, but he felt proud of her.
She made Manik Malhotra helpless both in personal & professional life.
