"KYAA!" The student screams out loud as she falls to the ground after trying to push which she thought a human. Instead, her hands pass right through. There is a man wearing the old uniform of the campus levitating in the air, laughing hysterically as he witnesses her reaction.

The girl stops screaming as she glances, only to see the man giving her a mischievous grin as he picks up the blue rose paperweight. He looks at it carefully before he says, "Surprisingly this isn't a paperweight but an actual diamond."

"W-who are you?!" The girl asks as she immediately stands up. The man chuckles as he looks at the stained window before he answers in a rather confident tone, "Park Seonghwa; Mars."

He takes out a small pouch from the pockets of his black trousers and carefully pulls out something that is coloured gold before putting it on his tongue. He gives somewhat a dirty look before he finishes his sentence, "The Seventh Mystery of this campus."

"But you're a man! What are you even doing in the girls' changing room?!" Seonghwa hums before he swallows the golden item in his mouth and — "And why are you eating gold?!"

"You talk a lot," Seonghwa states as he gives her an annoyed look, "No wonder boys don't like you."

"Hey!"

"By the way, these are goldfish scales," Seonghwa replies as he picks up the red wine bottle. He continues, "What you heard about me is true except for the gender. The fact about me living in the girls' changing room is a bit controversial."

"I-I — You must be Jang Eun-mi, right?" The student can only nod before Seonghwa puts his feet on the bench. He takes a seat before he says, "I'll grant you a wish but you have to give me something as an exchange."

"Wait, how about the wine, chips and diamond?" Eun-mi questions. Seonghwa looks at it and replies, "These are only to summon me, not as a payment."

"What?!"

Seonghwa opens the bottle and explains, "Nobody can or do summon me."

He makes a glass appear in his hand and pours the wine inside the glass. He takes a quick sip before he asks, "What's your wish and how would you like to pay for my service?"

Eun-mi purses her lips as she fidgets her fingers. She looks on her two feet and awkwardly rubs her hands together. She replies, "I want a boyfriend."

Seonghwa stops drinking and looks up before his lips form into a smirk. He places the glass on the bench and asks, "What do you want to give as an exchange?"

"Didn't the rumours say you will devour my soul — Are you willing to die today?"

"D-d-die?" Seonghwa hums before he states, "If you want to trade your soul for that, I'm fine with it but if you don't want to, you have to give something that is as valuable as your soul."

"What in the world is as valuable — You." Eun-mi is stunned upon hearing it and Seonghwa puts on his golden framed glasses before he asks, "Who is this boy you want to attract?"

Eun-mi hands him a photo before she responds, "Yunho sunbaenim."

"Do you even know his full name?"

". . . . No."

Seonghwa stands up and keeps the three gifts before he says, "You know anyone will do as long they return back your feelings but anyways..."

He makes the door open by itself, making the eyepatch girl spooked. He walks to the door and tells, "Quickly get your feet moving if you want to get a boyfriend."

"O-oi! Wait up!" Eun-mi runs out as she follows Seonghwa. Seonghwa says, "Rule number one, introduce yourself to your soon-to-be boyfriend."

"Yunho sunbaenim!" A male student turns around and stops walking as Eun-mi is approaching him. She is about to take a step forward until lots of girls surround him, crowding the hallway. Eun-mi lets out a hopeless sigh before she says, "Failed."

"Rule number 32, dress according to his fashion taste."

"Yunho sunbae- Yunho! Look at this!" Eun-mi's hope shatters as a few girls and several guys drag him to ask about their fashion sense in order to match with him. Eun-mi sits on the ground before she cries, "Failed."

"Rule number 72, make him a nice scarf or a sweater."

"Yu- Thank you but I already have one." Eun-mi witnesses Yunho rejecting another girl's scarf and...

"Failed."

"I failed miserably." Eun-mi sits on the grass as she takes a pebble before throwing it into a lake. Seonghwa lays flat on the grass before he mumbles, "You have no luck for guys."

Eun-mi glares at him and asks, "Don't you have a magic spell or something to make my dreams come true?"

"I don't have — Wait." He sits properly before he slips his hand inside his pocket to find something. He takes out a sachet and gives it to her. He advises, "Think wisely before you swallow it and let your crush swallow it."

"What is this?" Eun-mi asks as she looks at him.

"Xana's tears." He looks at her before he explains, "There are pearls meant to be swallowed by two people. You could say it's somewhat matchmaking pearls but those who consume it will be cursed."

Eun-mi looks at the sachet before she lets out a deep exhale. She holds it firmly and asks, "If I didn't get him to swallow it, what will happen next?"

Seonghwa stares at the lake before he answers, "I can't tell you. You have to see it yourself."

His lips form into a small smile as he finishes his words, "I've warned you. You choose your future."
