"This is literally boring."
Mina complained again as she uses her phone to lessen the boredness. Momo looked at her with the car's mirror with an annoyed look. Mina looked back at her, making her have the same look plastered on her face.
"What? It's true anyways." Momo scoffed at what she has said. But she must admit, it is boring.
The whole ride was silent, and they never even talked nor open their mouth. Momo's now starting to regret her decision on bringing Mina in to her house.
Nothing can be heard inside the car, and it was starting to bug the both of them yet neither were planning on talking with one another especially that they hated each other.
But they have no choice, especially Mina since her phone's battery is starting to drain now. So she decided to talk.
"So, why did you do that? Now I'm embarrassed to my friend." She said, making Momo look at her with an eyebrow raised.
"Well, what's more important? You and your friend or our project?"
"Of course our project. What I mean't was, you could've just talked to me."
Momo has now realized on how she could've done that simple thing Mina has mentioned. "Oh.."
"I'm sorry, Mina." She apologized sincerely, and her apology mean't two things.
"Uh.. It's okay.. I guess?" Mina looked at her thru the mirror. She was surprised to see this side of Momo that she didn't knew it exists.
"No, really. I'm sorry." Momo apologized once again. She didn't even expect that she would apologize over Mina.
"You're probably apologizing because my appearance has changed."
"What?! No way—"
"Just kidding. I know the answer in that, but it's, uhm, okay.." Mina bit her lip due to the awkwardness.
It went silent again, until they reached the location— which was Momo's house. She didn't expect that she'll be going to her house, especially because she is waaay out of her level.
But here they are, what could possibly go wrong?
